Blackberries with sugar (variant 2)
Ingredients:
Blackberries - 1 kg
Sugar - 2 kg
Method of preparation:
Blueberries washed, let the water drain, then pass the berries through a meat grinder. The resulting puree mixed with sugar and leave for 1.5-2 hours to dissolve. Put the prepared mixture into jars and store in a dark cool place.
Blackberry jam
Ingredients:
Blackberries - 1 kg
Sugar - 1,2 kg
Water - 200 ml
Method of preparation:
Blueberries put in a colander and rinse well, changing the water several times, then discuss with a napkin.
Prepared berries put in a bowl for jam, pour boiling syrup made from water and sugar, and keep in it for 3.5-4 hours.
After blueberries soaked in sugar syrup, bring the jam to readiness on low heat, occasionally removing the foam, and then pack it hot in dry heated jars. Sterilize half-liter jars - 10 minutes, liter jars should be sterilized for 12-15 minutes.
Blackberry jam

Blackberries - 5 kg
Sugar - 3 kg
Water - 500 ml
Citric acid
Method of preparation:
Pick blueberries, put in a bowl, add water, sugar and cook until thick, stirring occasionally. 2-3 minutes before cooking add citric acid to the jelly at the rate of 1 g per 1 kg of berry mixture, mix thoroughly, pack into sterile jars and close with plastic lids.
Blackberry puree
Ingredients:
Blackberries - 1 kg
Sugar - 200 g
Method of preparation:
Wash blueberries, dry them on a towel, then pour the berries into a saucepan and heat under a lid until the juice is released.
After that, rub blueberries through a sieve, mix with sugar and heat until it dissolves. Ready mashed potatoes into jars and sterilize in boiling water: half-liter jars - 7 minutes, liter jars - 12 minutes.
