Cranberries - 1 kg

Method of preparation:
Pick cranberries, rinse, knead and squeeze out the juice. Pour cold water over the pulp, put on the fire and bring to a boil.
The resulting decoction strain, add sugar, boil again, then combine with cranberry juice. Such a mixture can be stored in the refrigerator for about 30 days.
If there are a lot of cranberries, then the juice prepared in the described way should be boiled for 3-5 minutes, then pour into sterile jars and seal with lacquered lids.
Cranberry syrup
Ingredients:
Cranberries - 1 kg
Sugar - 1.7 kg
Method of preparation:
Pick cranberries, rinse, dry and arrange in jars, pouring sugar over each layer. Tie their necks with gauze and put the jars in a cool place.
After some time, cranberries should float, after which the syrup should be strained, pour into glass containers and cover with tight lids. Store the preparation in a cool, dark place.
Cluberry compote
Ingredients:
Cranberries - 1 kg
Sugar - 4 cups
Water - 1 liter
Method of preparation:
Pick cranberries, rinse and tightly arrange in glass jars. Boil syrup from water and sugar and pour it over the berries.
Pasteurize jars in boiling water: half-liter - 20 minutes, liter - 30 minutes.
Blackberry drink with apple puree
Ingredients:
Cranberries - 1 cup
Milk - 2 cups
Apple puree - 0.5 cup
Sugar - 3 tbsp
