Cluckberry morsels (variant 1)



Ingredients:


Cranberries (frozen) - 200 g


Water - 100-150 ml


Sugar or honey to taste



Method of preparation:

Defrost cranberries and pass through a juicer. The resulting juice dilute with water and add honey or sugar.

In the morses prepared in this way, all vitamins are preserved, so it is especially recommended to drink it with colds and flu.

Cluberry morses (variant 2)



Ingredients:


Cranberries - 0,5 kg


Water - 3-4 liters


Sugar or honey to taste



Method of preparation:

Wash cranberries with cold water and squeeze out of it through gauze juice. Pour water, boil and strain. In the prepared broth pour the juice and add honey or sugar.

Store cranberry morsels better in the refrigerator, and before use slightly warmed.

Cranberry morses (option 3)



Ingredients:


Cranberry berries - 150 g


Honey - 100 g


Water - 1 liter



Method of preparation:

Wash cranberries, knead with a wooden spoon and squeeze the juice out of it. Squeeze pour water and boil for 10 minutes, then strain. Combine the juice and decoction and dissolve honey in their mixture. Ready cranberry morses drink cooled.

Cranberry kvass



Ingredients:


Cranberries - 1 kg


Sugar - 2 cups


Yeast - 15 g


Water - 4 liters



Method of preparation:

Wash cranberries, knead well, pour cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. The resulting decoction cool and strain through folded several times gauze. Then add sugar, yeast diluted in a small amount of water, mix everything thoroughly, pour into champagne bottles, corked and left to ferment in a cool place for 3 days.
