A gaffer's fries
.
Slice 1 pound of turnips or turnip so that the pieces look like French fries.
Place in a bowl and add:
1 tbsp. spoonful of dried onion
2 tbsp. spoonfuls of olive oil
sea salt to taste
1 tbsp. a spoonful of paprika.
Capable of accommodating up to 5 people.
Valine Almond Spicy Cheese
.
Mix the following ingredients in a bowl:
2 cups almond pulp (not sweet)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup fresh or dried dill
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped red pepper
Garnish with tomato slices.
Designed for 4 people.
Walnut pâté
.
Mix the following ingredients well in a food processor:
3 cups raw walnuts soaked since the evening
1/2 cup dates
3 garlic cloves (or hot peppers to taste)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Use the pate to stuff peppers, cabbage leaves, etc.д.
Designed for 5-6 people.
Sunny pate

1/2 cup walnuts.
2 cups of seeds soaked since the evening
3 garlic cloves
1 cup chopped celery
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp. spoonful of dried basil
Mix these ingredients in a food processor into a smooth paste. Serve the pâté on croutons, in cabbage leaves, or stuff peppers with it.
Enough for 12 people.
Sergeant hummus
.
Mix the following ingredients in a food processor:
2 cups soaked soybeans for 1 day
1/cup olive oil
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped celery
salt to taste (or soy sauce)
1 -2 tbsp. Spoonfuls of dried dill or basil (or 1 cup fresh)
1-2 tbsp. spoonfuls of lemon juice
hot pepper to taste
2-5 garlic cloves
Before serving, sprinkle with dried parsley.
Designed for 5-7 people.
Universal recipe for cake
Batter:
Combine the following ingredients in a mixer, and mix well:
1 cup ground nuts, seeds or grains
1 tbsp. spoonful of vegetable oil
1 tbsp. spoonful of honey
You can also add:
1/2 cup of sliced or pressed fresh fruit or berries or 1A cup of dried fruit, first soaked for 1 -2 hours, then ground.
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup raw carob flour
The skins of 4 tangerines (ground properly)
If the mixture is not firm enough, add grated coconut pulp. Spread the prepared dough on a flat plate.
Cream:
Mix the following ingredients well in a mixer (add water, if needed, a teaspoon at a time):
1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit
1/2 cup nuts
1/2 cup olive oil
2-3 tbsp. spoonfuls of honey
juice of 1 medium-sized lemon
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pour an even layer over the dough. Decorate with fruit, berries and nuts. Come up with a name for your cake. Put it in the refrigerator.
Nuts: almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews, pine nuts.
Seeds: sunflower seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds.
Dried fruits (seedless): prunes, raisins, apricots, dates or figs.
Fresh fruit or berries: strawberries, apples, bananas, blueberries, pineapple, mangoes, apricots, raspberries or cranberries.

Serjean's dream cake made from young coconuts

This cake won 1st place at the Raw Food Festival in Portland.
Dough:
1 cup raw unsoaked walnuts
1/2 cup dates (seedless)
1/2 cup young coconut juice
4 tbsp. spoonfuls of raw ground carob or cacao nibs
1 small papaya or pear
Mix the nuts and dates in a food processor into a smooth paste. Stir in the kerob and coconut juice. Spread the first layer of batter on a flat plate. Top with sliced papaya slices. Spread a second layer of dough on top.
Cream:
1 cup of young coconut pulp.
enough water to make a thick paste
1 tbsp. spoonful of honey
Mix these ingredients in a mixer. Spread it on the cake. Decorate with chopped fruit and nuts.
