Neschocolate cake
Batter:
Combine the following ingredients in a mixer and mix well:
1 cup of ground nuts (any nuts)
1 tbsp. spoonful of vegetable oil
1 cup raisins
1 cup raw ground carob or cacao nibs
1 teaspoon of any liqueur (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg or soy sauce
The skins of 4 tangerines, well chopped.
1 cup prunes, soaked 1-2 hours and ground
Spread in a 2 cm layer on a flat plate. You can do multiple layers. Spread ground prunes between the layers.
Cream:
Mix the following ingredients in a mixer (add water one teaspoon at a time)
1 cup ripe avocado
1 teaspoon olive oil
3 tbsp. spoonfuls of honey
juice of 1 small lemon
1 teaspoon vanilla
4-5 tbsp. spoonfuls of ground carob or cocoa
Spread on top of cake. Decorate with fruit, berries and nuts. Put it in the refrigerator.
Designed for 12 people.
Macadamia nut and date pie
Dough:
4 cups macadamia nuts
2 cups dates (seedless)
juice of one orange
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon of any liqueur or vanilla extract
Thoroughly grind the macadamia nuts in a food processor and transfer to a bowl. Then combine the dates and orange juice, blend in a food processor and place in a bowl with the nuts. Add salt and liqueur and mix thoroughly.
Spread the batter in a thin layer on a flat plate. Slice bananas or any other fruit into thin slices and place on the dough. Cover the top with another layer of nut dough. Decorate the pie with thinly sliced orange slices (or any other fruit) and nuts.
Designed for 8-12 people.
Seven amazing truffles
.
1 cup raw unsoaked walnuts
1/2 cup dates (seedless)
1/4 cup juice of young coconut
4 tbsp. spoonfuls of ground carob or cocoa
Mix the walnuts and dates in a food processor into a smooth paste. Mix together the kerob and coconut juice. Roll the nut mixture into balls and dip them in carob, garnish with pieces of your favorite fruit.
Designed for 8-12 truffles.
Cluckwort cookies

2 cups grated apples
2 cups of carrot cake (pulp) left over from carrot juice
2 cups raisins or sliced dates
1 cup cranberries (fresh or dried)
2 tbsp. spoonfuls of honey
2 cups ground almonds
1 cup ground flaxseeds with 1 cup water
1/2 cup olive oil
Mix all ingredients with your hands. Spoon out onto the Teflon sheets of the dehydrator. Dry for several hours at 105-115 F 4 hours on one side and 3 hours on the other.
That makes 24 cookies.
Seven pumpkin cookies

4 cups peeled and diced pumpkin
1 cup raisins
juice of one orange
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tbsp. spoonfuls of honey
Crush the pumpkin in a food processor and transfer to a bowl. Then mix the raisins with the orange juice and add to the pumpkin mixture along with the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Spoon onto the Teflon sheets of the dehydrator. Set the temperature to 100 F and dry for 12-15 hours.
This will yield 7-11 cookies.
