Recipes (part 3). Living cutlets. Raw food sandwiches. Live pizza. Stuffed cabbage. Non-spaghetti. Cheese made from nuts and seeds.

Live Cutlets

.

Melt 1 pound of your favorite nuts.
Combine the following ingredients and blend in a food processor:


1 pound carrots.
1 medium-sized onion
1 tbsp. a spoonful of honey (or raisins or a very ripe banana)
1 tbsp. spoonful of vegetable oil
1-2 tbsp. spoonfuls of dry seasoning (any seasoning)
sea salt to taste


If the mixture is too runny, you can add the following: dried dill, or dried garlic, or dried onion, or dried parsley, or ground flax seeds.
Make patties or balls from the mixture and sprinkle with paprika before serving.
If you want a fishy flavor, add dried sea grass.
Designed for 5 people.



Seafood Sandwiches

.

Mill 1 pound of your favorite pecans in a food processor. Then stir in the following ingredients:


1 pound carrots.
1 medium sized onion
1 tbsp. a spoonful of honey (or raisins or a very ripe banana)
1 tbsp. spoonful of vegetable oil
1-2 tbsp. spoonfuls of dry seasoning (any seasoning)
sea salt to taste
2-3 tbsp. spoonfuls of nutritional yeast


If the mixture comes out too runny, add the following: dried dill, or dried garlic, or dried onion, or dried parsley, or ground flaxseeds.
Make 10 cutlets from this mixture. Slice 2 large ripe tomatoes and 1 onion into circles.
Wash 10 leaves of fresh spinach.
Place the spinach leaf on the breadcrumbs, place the patty on the spinach, place a slice of tomato on the patty.
Designed for 10 people.



Live Pizza

.

Melt 2 cups of flaxseeds.
Mix in a mixer:


1 cup water
1 large onion (chopped)
3 stalks of celery (chopped)
2 tomatoes (medium sized)
4 garlic cloves (small)
1 teaspoon sea salt


Transfer to a bowl and mix with the ground flaxseeds. Spread the batter onto the Teflon sheets of the dehydrator. Divide into squares of desired size. Don't dry it too long.


Filling:
Mix the following in a mixer with a little water:


1 pound of any nuts
1/2 cup dried tomatoes
1/2 cup raisins
juice of 1 small lemon
2 tbsp. spoonfuls of olive oil 1 tbsp. spoonful of dried basil
Pour into a bowl.
Add:
1 tbsp. spoonful of dried onion
1 tbsp. spoonful of dried garlic
2-3 tbsp. spoonfuls of nutritional yeast
1 tbsp. a spoonful of miso. Mix well.


Spread the filling onto the squares of dried dough. Garnish with tomato slices, sliced mushrooms, olives and parsley.
That makes 9 pizza squares.



Doves

.

Stuffing:
Blend the following ingredients in a food processor into a smooth paste


1/2 cup walnuts
2 cups of seeds (soaked the night before)
3 garlic cloves
1 cup chopped celery 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup olive oil 1/2 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon of tumeric (or any other seasoning)


Additional ingredients:


Slice into long, thin strips Half an avocado Half a large sweet pepper
2 green onions. Wash 5 sheets of cabbage

Spread the stuffing on the cabbage leaf and add the thinly sliced vegetables. Roll the cabbage leaf into a tube. To hold it together, pierce it with toothpicks. You can cut it into smaller pieces so it comes out to about 10-15 pieces.



No Spaghetti

.

Slice the pumpkin into long, thin strips, similar to spaghetti. Sprinkle with paprika and drizzle with vegetable oil before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Tomato Sauce:
Mix the following ingredients in a mixer:


2 cups chopped tomatoes
2-4 garlic cloves
3/4 cup fresh basil
juice of 1 medium lemon
2 tbsp. spoonfuls of olive oil
4 dates (or some raisins)
1 cup of dried tomatoes


Calculated for 7 people.



Nut and Seed Cheese

.

2 cups of any nuts or seeds soaked since evening
1/2 cup water


Soak the nuts or seeds overnight with water. In the morning, strain and rinse. Place in a blender and blend with 1 cup of water until you get a uniform mixture. Pour into a gauze bag and let drain, leave to ferment at room temperature for 8-12 hours.
Transfer the cheese to a bowl and mix with your favorite seasonings.
This will make 1 pint (half a liter). Can be stored in the refrigerator in a closed container for up to 7 days.
To flavor the cheese you can stir in any combination of the following ingredients: garlic, lemon juice, chopped fresh cilantro, soy sauce, fresh and dried parsley, fresh or dried dill, dried tomatoes, chopped onion, basil, olive oil, sea salt.
