In contrast to the method of classical fasting, we have developed a method of so-called conditional or physiological fasting, adapted to modern urbanized conditions of industrial cities, because the main contingent of those being treated lives, gets sick and is treated in cities. In large regional, oblast and metropolitan clinics, as it is known, patients are often treated who have not been treated in a district or neighborhood hospital in the city. In the absence of a preserved ecological environment in the city, in which the treatment should take place, i.e. ecological rehabilitation of the patient, we offer a method of natural treatment, maximally ecologizing the internal environment of the body, as far as possible in urban conditions.

And where do these poisonous "bouquets" come from? Why by the age of sixty, and maybe by forty, almost every one of us acquires this "treasure" and lives with it all the remaining years in a constant struggle, "supporting" themselves with medicines and considering it a normal condition, because "I am not the only one"? All this happens because of the violation of the laws of nature by people. After all, "people obey nature even when they contradict it", as the great poet and philosopher W. Goethe said. So, dear readers, let us not be surprised and do not despair, no matter when the disease has caught up with us - in childhood, young or old age. Having found out the cause of our abnormal condition, we are able to eliminate it, i.e. to get rid of the disease. And please forget that diabetes, asthma, hypertension and allergies are not curable. That's what the doctors say. And I hear about it literally every day and I will say this: these diseases are not cured and cannot be cured by medicines, because medicines pollute the internal environment of the body and further interfere with the already disturbed equilibrium, i.e. timely self-regulation of the internal environment.

Neurosurgeon Prof. V. Lebedev notes that epilepsy is divided into symptomatic and so-called genuin epilepsy, i.e. in other words, epilepsy that arose "incomprehensibly from what". Behind the scientific medical term hides elementary ignorance of the causes of the disease. Is it possible to cure something whose causes are unknown? That is, to eliminate the disease without eliminating its causes? However, when diagnosed with "genuin epilepsy", according to Professor V. Lebedev (neurosurgeon), "the patient is given pills: tranquilizers, sleeping pills, combined, depressing CNS, all chemically very potent substances. Such treatment affects the patient's psyche, his intelligence, leads to the degradation of personality". What does the neurosurgeon suggest? Surgical treatment, i.e., removal of the brain tumor or arterial aneurysm that causes symptomatic epilepsy. It is clear that without removing the pathologic substrate, the disease cannot be cured.

The fact that music influences a person is known for a long time. The ancient physician Asclepius, as chronicles mention, successfully used music and singing to treat many diseases. D. Azarov cites the following facts: "Back in the last century, Russian researcher Dogel wrote a scientific work "The influence of music and colors of the spectrum on the nervous system of humans and animals. The author convincingly proves that in humans and animals under the influence of music changes in blood pressure, heart rate and breathing up to a complete stop. "Classical" music has a beneficial effect on health. So, relieves headache and neurosis listening to the polonaise of M. Oginsky. Normalizes blood pressure and cardiac activity "Wedding March" by Mendelssohn.

The representative medical newspaper "Our Doctor" in the article "Migraine Alternative" touches upon a very relevant topic for today. But the article draws a sad conclusion - migraine is incurable. Although there are many methods of treatment of such a phenomenon as, migraine, except for traditional, that is, painkillers and anti-inflammatory. Advise homeopathy, but it, as noted "Our Doctor", often gives the most severe exacerbations, which the patient can not withstand, quitting treatment. Acupuncture and psychotherapy - expensive and ineffective methods, in addition, not quite safe (acupuncture). Manual therapy and massage for the disease - migraine, are ineffective. However, at the very beginning of the article it is announced that "modern medicine has been intensively developing in the direction of treatment of such phenomenon as migraine".

How many people in the world suffer from such a phenomenon as, headache! Long, persistent or, conversely, periodic, but no less agonizing. Headache can be from a cold, after the flu, from high blood pressure, from the fact that a person is nervous, tired. It hurts entirely or only in the frontal part, in the occipital part. Sometimes half of the head hurts: left or right, and this is called a migraine, and such pain is particularly excruciating.

Drug addiction and alcoholism are serious vices of society. At present, they have reached threatening proportions and, if they spread further, threaten to destroy the entire social structure of society and disrupt the nation's gene pool, taking on the character of a national disaster. There is no doubt that in the situation in Russia at the beginning of the XXI century such measures are extremely necessary. If not the sale, then, at least, unrestrained and aggressive advertising of alcohol should be prohibited. And the state sale of alcohol should be limited, and private sale should be prosecuted like the sale of drugs. By the way, Gorbachev's anti-alcohol campaign, although it was conducted very ineptly and destroyed many hectares of vineyards, saved many families from destruction and people from death. But since our state does not take such measures and, apparently, does not intend to do so, let us talk about effective treatment of such pathologies as drug addiction and alcoholism.

The data on catastrophic increase of this mental state of depression and longing - depression, when life is not sweet to many people around the world and in particular in Kuban, where annually registered 12-14 thousand suffering from such a phenomenon as depression. The figure is certainly frightening. The reasons for this depressing situation are honestly given. To quote: "What are the causes of such an insidious disease as, depression, on what soil grows this vicious weed? Here they are: miserable salaries and pensions, high cost of goods and products, uncertainty in the future, accelerated rhythm of life, increasing intensity of work, nervous tension. The situation is aggravated by chronic illnesses, loss of loved ones, family disasters, misunderstanding of friends, and a feeling of being unneeded.
