Blackberry jam

Ingredients:


Blackberries - 1 kg


Sugar - 500 g


Pectin powder - 40 g


Citric acid - 3 g


Powdered sugar - 1 tsp

Method of preparation:

Blueberries blueberries over, rinse, changing the water several times and put in a low enameled saucepan. Add 0.5 cup of water and cook for 3-5 minutes. Combine pectin powder with powdered sugar and add to the boiling jam while stirring continuously. After 5-7 minutes, add sugar in small portions so as not to interrupt the boiling.

Once it is completely dissolved, add citric acid to the jam and cook it for another 5 minutes. Then pour into pre-sterilized jars, seal them with lacquered lids, turn upside down, cover with a thick cloth and leave to cool.

Blackberry compote (variant 1)



Ingredients:


Blackberries - 1 kg


Sugar - 800 g


Water - 1 liter



Method of preparation:

Blueberries washed and spread into dry jars. In a separate bowl boil water and sugar and pour the syrup over the berries in the jars so that the liquid overflowed over the edges.

After 5-7 minutes, pour the syrup into a saucepan and boil it again. After that, pour the syrup back into jars, roll them up, turn them upside down and cool in the air.

Blackberry compote (variant 2)



Ingredients:


Blackberries - 1 kg


Sugar - 400 g


Water - 600 ml



Method of preparation:

Blueberries well washed, spread into clean jars and pour syrup, boiled from water and sugar.

After that, the prepared jars with compote should be sterilized: half-liter - for 10 minutes, liter - 15 minutes.

Blackberry compote (variant 3)



Ingredients:


Blackberries - 1 kg


Blackberry juice - 600 ml


Sugar - 400 g



Method of preparation:

Blueberries well rinse, dry with a napkin and place in jars. In the juice of blueberries pour sugar, stir until it dissolves, bring to a boil boil with sugar and pour it over the berries.

Jars with blueberry compote sterilize, then roll up, using lacquered lids for this purpose.

Blackberry drink with milk



Ingredients:


Blackberries - 4 tbsp

Sugar - 2 tbsp.


Milk - 200 ml


Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Grushed cinnamon - on the tip of a knife

Method of preparation:

Rinse blueberries, knead with a spoon, mix with sugar, pour cold milk and stir.
