Cluberry marshmallow
.Ingredients:
Cranberries - 1 kg
Sugar - 1 kg
Water - 200 ml
Method of preparation:
Pick cranberries, wash them, put them in a non-oxidizing dish, add water and cook until the berries become soft.
Rub them through a sieve, mix with sugar and boil until thick sour cream. Spread the puree in a thin layer on a baking tray and dry in a preheated oven.
Cranberry cobbler
Ingredients:
Cranberry juice - 2 tbsp
.Cranberry morses - 70 ml
Cream - 50 g
Food ice - 1-2 cubes
Fruit to taste
Method of preparation:
Squeeze the cranberries. In a tall flute pour cranberry juice, lingonberry morsels, put ice cream, add ice cubes and fruit slices.
Mix everything thoroughly and serve with a dessert spoon and a straw.
Cluckberry soursel
Ingredients:
Cranberries - 400 g
Sugar - 400 g
Starch - 150 g
Water - 3 liters
Method of preparation:
Pick cranberries, wash, knead with a wooden spoon and squeeze out of them through gauze juice. Squeeze pour hot water and boil for 5 minutes. Then pour sugar into a saucepan, pour cranberry juice with starch diluted in it and bring to a boil with continuous stirring.
Hot cranberry kissel - an excellent diaphoretic for colds.
