Ingredients:


Cranberries - 1 kg


Sugar - 1,6 kg



Water - 400 ml

Method of preparation:

800 g sugar dissolve in water and boil the syrup. Pick cranberries, pour boiling water over them, then transfer them to the syrup brought to a boil and keep in it for 10-12 hours. Then put on the fire, bring to a boil and pour the remaining sugar in small portions. Cranberry jam to bring to readiness, then place in clean, dry jars and close them with plastic lids.

Jam from cranberries and apples



Ingredients:


Cranberries - 1 kg


Apples (sweet varieties) - 500 g


Sugar - 1.8 kg


Vanilla sugar - 0,5 sachets


Cinnamon - 1 stick


The zest of 1 lemon


Water - 500 ml



Method of preparation:

Boil syrup from water and sugar, pour into it washed cranberries and put to boil. Peel apples, cut out the core, cut into slices, then blanch in boiling water for 10 minutes. Before finishing cooking the jam, add the apples to it, then add the spices and vanilla sugar. Ready jam from cranberries and apples to place in clean, dry jars.

Cranberry jam with walnuts



Ingredients:


Cranberries (unripe) - 1 kg


Walnut kernels - 2 cups


Sugar - 1,6 kg


Water - 200 ml



Method of preparation:

Grind walnut kernels. Boil syrup from sugar and water and put in it first nuts, and then blanched cranberries. Cranberry jam bring to readiness at a time, skimming the foam, then put into clean dry jars.

Cranberry Confiture



Ingredients:


Cranberries - 1 kg


Sugar - 1.6 kg


Water - 200 ml



Method of preparation:
