A glass of tea mushroom infusion, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of birch buds, a glass of water.

Pour a glass of steep boiling water over birch buds and boil for 10-20 minutes. Let infuse and strain. Mix with tea mushroom infusion. Use as lotions and for washing.

A mixture of a month's infusion of tea mushroom and lavender flowers contains particularly beneficial ingredients for the skin. This mixture cleanses and soothes unhealthy skin covered with blackheads and pimples. To prepare the mixture you need to pour a handful of dried lavender flowers 250 ml of tea mushroom infusion, cap the container with the mixture and leave in a cold place for 3 weeks. Take 500 ml of tea mushroom infusion, 500 ml of water, 2 tbsp. spoonfuls of St. John's wort, 2 tbsp. spoonfuls of bearberry, 3 tbsp. spoonfuls of rosehip fruit, 2 tbsp. spoonfuls of cranberry leaves, 1 tbsp. spoonful of juniper berries, 1 tbsp. spoonful of birch buds or leaves, 2 tbsp. spoonfuls of cornflower flowers, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of corn stalks.

Grind the herb, mix to a homogeneous mixture, 2 tbsp. spoons of this collection pour 0.5 liters of boiling water and insist in a thermos for 3 hours. Strain and cool. Mix with 500 ml of tea mushroom infusion. Drink 30 minutes before meals as a tea.

Polyarthritis

Take 500 ml of tea mushroom infusion, 1 tbsp. spoonful of dry crushed heather herb, 500 ml of water.

Fill the heather with water, boil the mixture for 10-15 minutes over low heat, insist, wrapped, overnight. The next morning, strain, mix with the tea mushroom infusion and let stand for another 24 hours. Drink after meals three times a day. The course of treatment is 3 months. Then you should take a break for 2-3 weeks and repeat the course again.

Brew 1 tbsp. a spoonful of nettle in a kettle with a glass of boiling water. Infuse, covered, for 30 minutes, then strain and mix with the tea mushroom infusion. Drink half a cup 4-5 times a day or 1 cup 3 times a day warm. Use for allergic rashes, urticaria.

To treat dust allergies



A glass of tea mushroom infusion, 3 parts of goldenseal, 4 parts of St. John's wort, 3 parts of dandelion root, 2 parts of field horsetail, 1 part of cornstalks, 1 part of chamomile apothecary, 4 parts of rosehip fruit. Pour 4 tbsp. spoonfuls of the collection with a glass of water and let infuse overnight. In the morning, place on the heat and bring to a boil (do not boil!). Then cover for 4 hours and strain. Mix with a cup of tea mushroom and let infuse for another 24 hours. Drink 1 cup a day in 3 parts before meals. The infusion can be prepared at once for 2-3 days and stored in the refrigerator. There may be side effects in the form of itching or increased agitation when taking this remedy. They go away in about a month. Take for at least 6 months.

Insomnia

Take 1 cup of tea mushroom infusion, 1 cup of water, 1 tbsp. spoonful of crushed valerian root. Pour 1 tbsp. a spoonful of crushed root of valerian medicinal with a glass of boiling water. Boil for 15 minutes over low heat. Infuse for 45 minutes, strain. Pour in the tea mushroom infusion. Adults should take half a cup 3 times a day, children - 1 tbsp. a spoonful three times a day..
