Treatment with tea mushroom colitis. Recipes and their application in practice

Colitis is an inflammation of the mucous membrane of the colon. Often occurs in chronic inflammatory bowel disease, as well as infections caused by bacteria, viruses, or protozoa. Most often it is dysentery microorganisms, salmonellae, staphylococci, streptococci, sometimes - allergens or toxins. Sometimes colitis is caused by the presence of worms. Monotonous, malnutrition, alcohol abuse, unwashed hands before eating or eating poorly washed fruits or vegetables is also a direct path to colitis, as well as untreated dysbacteriosis.

In acute colitis, the stomach and small intestine are often inflamed, which leads to a disruption of the normal function not only of the colon, but also of other organs of the gastrointestinal tract.

The main symptoms of acute colitis are: abdominal pain, blood and mucus in the feces, abdominal bloating, diarrhea. Such manifestations may persist for several weeks. Without appropriate treatment, the acute form can progress to the chronic form.

Exacerbations begin due to consumption of foods that have an irritating effect on the colon, an allergic reaction, prolonged antibiotic use, or general fatigue.

Symptoms of chronic colitis: abdominal pain, diarrhea alternating with constipation, mucus discharge (possibly with blood), loss of appetite, weakness.

In an exacerbation of colitis, it is necessary to abstain from food for 1-2 days, then follow an appropriate diet - sparing, but full, rich in vitamins and nutrients. Infusion of tea mushroom is very useful in colitis. It is full of essential nutrients, perfectly regulates stools, restores intestinal microflora and in addition suppresses pathogenic microbes in the intestines. If colitis is accompanied by diarrhea, the infusion of tea mushroom should be diluted with water in a ratio of 1: 1.

I must have gotten colitis when I was a student. Meals in canteens, or even just dry food, sometimes - breadcrumbs or rusks for the whole day and tea. At the time, I didn't care about anything - when we're young, we don't think about the consequences. If my stomach hurts, I'll drink kefir or eat benalgin to relieve the pain.

My husband and I have two boys. When there are so many men in the house, you have to constantly take care of their nutrition, so I'm constantly at the stove. We'll sit down together at the table, I'll swallow a couple bites and I can't take it anymore - either stomach pain, heartburn, or just heaviness. Or you'll have stool problems later.

It's even worse at work. I'll grab something at the café at lunchtime - I'm hungry. Then I suffer through the evening. I don't like to go to doctors, I just asked at the pharmacy for something for heartburn and stomach pain. Almagel relieved the symptoms for a while, but then it would start again.

I had to go to the doctor after all. Diagnosed with chronic colitis with exacerbations, prescribed diet and treatment. But the exacerbations kept coming back. Then I tried using tea mushroom infusion according to a friend's recipe - when there were no exacerbations. I drank half a cup in the morning, afternoon and evening before meals. Gone indigestion and stool problems, no more heartburn, my appetite has returned, I can finally sit down at the table with everyone. Thank you tea mushroom!

Outside of exacerbations of colitis, you can drink a glass of mildly acidic mushroom tea twice a day before meals. There is also a special scheme of treatment with mushroom tea for chronic colitis. It should be carried out in consultation with a doctor, against the background of a proper diet. The course will run for 6 weeks.

Weeks one through two. Take 20 drops of 30% alcoholic infusion of propolis (buy in a pharmacy), diluting them in half a glass of warm water or milk, 3 times a day an hour before meals.

Week 3. Continue taking propolis in the morning and evening. Replace its daily intake with a glass of mildly acidic tea mushroom infusion. If taking the infusion will cause severe diarrhea, you need to reduce the concentration of the infusion and halve the dose (up to half a cup). If no discomfort follows, nothing needs to be changed.

Week four. Replace the last, evening reception of propolis with a glass of mildly acidic mushroom tea. In the morning - propolis, afternoon and evening - infusion of tea mushroom.

Week Five. Stop drinking propolis, switch to three times a day mushroom tea - a glass three times a day.

Week 6. Drink twice a day half a cup of mushroom tea on an empty stomach.
