Dear readers! In this chapter we will try to outline the rules of nutrition, which guarantee the cure of diseases and prevention of new serious diseases in the form of heart attack, stroke, cancer, diabetes, etc.
The principles of natural nutrition outlined here are created by the theory and practice of great doctors and scientists, specialists in the field of natural medicine: Bircher-Benner, Shelton, Walker, Bregg, Vivini, B. Vivini, B. Vivini, B. Vivini, B. Vivini, B. Vivini, B. Vivini, B. Vivini, and B. Vivini.

However, the science that is an alternative to medicinal medicine was carefully kept in the shadows, silenced and ignored until very recently.
But we can't keep quiet any longer.
In an effort to eliminate infections, doctors created vaccines.
But viruses were more cunning, and instead of smallpox, AIDS caught up with mankind, and instead of plague, viral pneumonia came to the planet.
It is time to recognize that drugs, mass preventive vaccinations and chemical fertilizers have undermined the immunosphere not only of the human population, but of the entire biosphere - plants and animals.
It is time to realize that technological progress in its current form leads only to the death of the planet, and to recognize the priority of the laws of nature over human achievements.
Until the politicians and scientists of our planet have not seen the light, it remains for us to fight ourselves, because "the salvation of the drowning is the work of the drowning".
The emergence of SARS is not an accident or an episode.
It is a global cleansing of the human population from the most contaminated elements.
It happened before, in the Middle Ages, in plague and smallpox epidemics.
So, remember that by following the nutritional guidelines outlined below, you will avoid many of the woes that beckon you.
The pancreas is the key to life, experts say.
Why is that so? Because the length of our lives depends on the preservation of this gland.
The faster we wear out the pancreas, the faster we die.
What can a person do to preserve it, and what leads to its death?
We destroy the pancreas by excessive quantity and inadequate quality of nutrition.
As you know, the pancreas consists of the endocrine apparatus - islets of Langerhans, located in the tail part of the gland and producing the hormone "insulin", and the "head" that produces the whole gamut of digestive enzymes secreted into the duodenum and necessary for digestion.
To digest proteins, the gland produces trypsin; fats, lipase; and carbohydrates, amylase.
The gland itself is a very delicate organ weighing only 70 g, located behind the abdomen, behind the stomach.
The projection of the organ is on the lumbar region, so shingles pain suggests inflammation of the pancreas.
We have to admit that, starting from birth, we have been absolutely mercilessly exploiting the pancreas all our lives, forcing it to work around the clock, secreting digestive enzymes.
Enzyme and insulin synthesis is an energy-intensive process that requires a large expenditure of energy.
It is in this way, by not eating on time, that we deplete both our energy reserves and the resource of the pancreas.
How do we do it, and why do we act so irrationally all our lives? It is done from ignorance of the laws of physiology of the body and from the fact that when we eat we are guided only by the demands of our appetite without understanding what it can lead us to.
And it can lead to diabetes, pancreatitis, pancreatic cancer, self-digestion and pancreatic necrosis.
One is worse than the other.
Let's bring digestive biochemistry to the rescue and once and for all clear up for ourselves what proper nutrition should be.
By painting an ideal picture of this diet, we will know what comes from what (what disease, from what food) and when we sit down at the table, we will know where the benefits and where the harms of the food on offer are.
First, it is important to know that all living cells (animal and plant tissues) are capable of self-digestion if their integrity is compromised.
If we eat raw fruits, vegetables, sprouted grains, nuts, edible herbs - they require minimal digestive enzymes for their breakdown.
A few milligrams of pepsin from gastric juice, followed by trixin, lipase and pancreatic amylase (as a seed for the digestive process) are enough to break down a few cells of the food pulp from the raw food ingested.
The process then becomes a cascade or avalanche: the lysosomes of the cells being broken down by the enzymes are ruptured, and lysing enzymes are released to break down other cells.
Those, in turn, breaking down, secrete new portions of lysing enzymes, again breaking down even more food cells.
This is the scenario in which the natural process of digestion takes place without causing us any difficulty in the form of bloating, heaviness in the stomach, diarrhea or constipation.
It is clear that food processed by high temperature, "killed" food is deprived of these qualities.
Digesting, for example, 200 g of stewed or roasted vegetables will require about 50-100 times more digestive enzymes than the same amount of vegetables eaten raw.
After all, the main and final digestion occurs in the duodenum, where the food enters from the stomach, and where the ducts of the pancreas and gallbladder open.
Digestion begins in the mouth, where food is processed by saliva containing the enzyme ptyalin.
Ptyalin breaks down the starches of food into large polysaccharide complexes, preparing it for final breakdown by pancreatic juice amylase.
However, we are not in the habit of chewing our food to a liquid state (mixed with saliva), but swallow it in chunks, resulting in the first link of digestion falling out.
Next, the protein components of the food are broken down in the stomach by the pepsin of gastric juice in an acidic environment.
The protein molecule is converted into "debris" - oligopeptides.
They require further processing by pancreatic trypsin in the already alkaline environment of the duodenum for digestion.
Fats, on the other hand, are broken down entirely by lipase, secreted again by the pancreas.
So, when we eat heat-treated food - boiled, fried, baked - we force our main pancreas to work with an excessive load of hundreds of times, and it, like a shagreen skin all dwindles, wears out and becomes sick as we live.
You don't have to go far for examples.
How many people around here have pancreatitis? Practically every other person.
Twenty percent of the Russian population has diabetes.
And we haven't yet talked about the endocrine part of the pancreas.
While digestive enzymes break down food for its final digestion in the small intestine, namely, the protein molecule to amino acids, the starch molecule to monosaccharides - glucose, fructose, etc., the fat molecule to fatty acids and glycerol, insulin is a universal anabolic hormone, i.e., insulin is a universal anabolic hormone.
it promotes the penetration of these elemental constituents of food into the cells of the body through the cell membranes, making them more permeable.
Therefore, although the indicator of sufficient insulin produced by the gland is the blood glucose level, insulin is not only needed for glucose assimilation.
And this means that all the food mass we launch into our stomach makes not only the exocrine, but also the endocrine apparatus of the pancreas work hard.
And, note that by eating after 14-15 hours, we are trying to make the gland work around the clock, which leads to very bad consequences, since it does not work around the clock anyway and in any case stops releasing digestive enzymes around 18 hours.
It turns out that all food eaten after 18 hours, getting into the duodenum, remains there until 9 am.
Staying in the heat (38 ° C), the food rots, and in the morning in a half-rotten and half-fermented state continues its journey through the small intestine length of 5 meters, and then through the large intestine length of 2 meters.
On the way it poisons our blood with the poisons released from it, which now have to be neutralized by the liver, because the blood from the intestines rushes through the collector of the portal vein of the liver directly to this filtering, purifying and neutralizing our blood organ.
Those who suffer from hepatocholecystitis, calculous cholecystitis, infectious jaundice or viral hepatitis and, as a result, cirrhosis, know very well what happens to the liver as a result.
So, the first requirement for food: it must match our physiology in its quality.
How well do meat products fulfill this requirement? As a natural animal protein, they are simply not digested by our digestive systems and rot.
Why? Because the digestive tract of carnivores, but not humans, is adapted to digesting meat, especially raw meat.
The acidity of gastric juice, the concentration of gastric pepsin, pancreatic trypsin and other enzymes involved in the breakdown of meat products are insufficient to bring this process to completion.
The length of the human digestive tract is longer than that of carnivores, and the stay of protein in it for a long time, up to eight hours, also contributes to its rotting.
And rotting protein emits poisonous gases (ammonia, methane, hydrogen sulfide) and poisonous monoamines (putrescine, cadaverine, ptomains), partly neutralized by the liver, partly, in case of their excessive amount, getting into the large circle of blood circulation.
That's when our troubles begin in the form of various diseases.
Now let's look at what exactly harms the pancreas.
First of all, semolina and rice porridge with milk and sugar, with which we try to feed the child in infancy.
This should not be done categorically, because these cereals are completely devoid of vitamins, and in combination with milk protein and sugar is exactly the mixture that causes the gastrointestinal tract processes of putrefaction and fermentation.
The result is skin diathesis and, subsequently, bronchial asthma in children.
The child grows, the food becomes more diverse and harmful, the food necessarily includes meat: "How come, protein is necessary for growth, we need essential amino acids".
Of course, we need them, yes, but they are perfectly synthesized by our own organs: liver, spleen and bone marrow, if they are not clogged with various slag products, waste products of metabolism, t.
е.
by the same rotting proteins.
In addition, they are synthesized by healthy gut microflora by fixing atmospheric nitrogen.
Having its own live, not produced from cooked meat, amino acids, the human body, especially a child, very easily, without unnecessary energy expenditure, synthesizes a protein molecule that has not only species, but also individual specificity.
Such protein molecule will never cause antibody formation in the organism, as it is "own", native, its structure corresponds to the structure of other proteins of the organism.
But where to get the material to synthesize your own quality molecules? This is a question that torments many people in vain.
Amino acids are synthesized in the body by amination (nitrogen addition) of the carbohydrate chain of natural, living, not killed by heat treatment sugars of fruits (glucose and fructose), honey and vegetable starches.
Nitrogen, on the other hand, is formed by the breakdown of our own protein tissues through the process of dissimilation, since normal metabolism consists of these two coupled processes: assimilation and dissimilation.
In a 24-hour period, the body produces 3.7 g of nitrogen - the Rubner coefficient.
This amount of nitrogen is quite sufficient for the synthesis of its own amino acids and its own protein in the presence of vegetable carbohydrates in the diet.
In this way, the body carries out waste-free production of its own tissues, because the nitrogen of old, decayed cells does not go to the formation of very toxic nitrogenous waste - urea, uric acid, creatine and others, but goes to the resynthesis of amino acids.
We should also not forget that, in addition to putrefaction, when digesting meat we are faced with the formation of a huge amount of unnecessary tissue antibodies that give rise to all allergic reactions of the body, up to bronchial asthma and food allergies to honey, citrus, red and orange vegetables and fruits.
The only true allergen here is the foreign animal protein of meat products, all other foods are only permissive factors in the allergy.
So, we seem to have the quality of food consumed and appropriate to our physiology sorted out.
What about quantity? That's the thing, qualitatively inferior, i.e..
processed thermally, food is devoid of energy value, those photocalories that the plant has accumulated in itself in the process of photosynthesis and therefore to meet the energy needs of the body we consume it in much larger quantities, overloading the digestive tract and overstressing the pancreas.
The result is heaviness, bloating, etc.
The saying is truly true: "With knife and fork we dig our own grave."
It is necessary to understand and realize that the nutritional traditions developed due to historical, climatic, ecological and ethnic reasons do not correspond to the true needs of our body.
Having accepted this fact, it becomes not so difficult to change their habits, food tastes, needs and, most importantly, in the new tradition of adequate nutrition to raise their children, so that they do not get sick.
So, it is clear that the enzymatic capacity of the pancreas limits our lives.
Now let's see if it is possible to cure inflammation of the gland - pancreatitis and insufficiency of the endocrine apparatus - diabetes.
What should be done in acute pancreatitis, accompanied by pain, abdominal bloating, high fever? It is necessary to give the working organ rest, i.e. do not eat for 3-5 days, drink only distilled water.
Of course, if the patient's condition is severe, it is necessary to hospitalize him and administer hormones that control the acute inflammatory process.
But the gland needs rest anyway.
After a period of abstinence from food switch to drinking herbal decoctions, fresh juices diluted with water, and very carefully, after 7-10 days, restore nutrition with solid food.
In chronic pancreatitis the only real therapeutic regimen is a short-term fasting with drinking herbal decoctions with honey and fruit juices, then vegetable juices, then with the introduction of fruits, nuts, sprouted grains, vegetable and green salads, fermented milk products.
Let us now say a few words about that fatal condition called necrosis of the gland.
Necrosis of the gland often develops lightning fast and for reasons that are not clear to medical professionals.
The cause, meanwhile, should be clear: self-digestion of the glandular tissue.
That's it! Why does this happen? And only because the owner of this gland did not know the measure in meat consumption and activated its enzymatic apparatus to extreme values, producing trypsin, which digests protein.
Trypsin synthesis, endlessly stimulated by food, gets out of control, and the enzyme, secreted in excessive amounts, digests the gland itself.
This situation is rare and difficult to remedy.
However, it is very simple not to bring your body to it - to observe moderation in eating.
Pancreatic cancer (alas, not an uncommon disease now) is also simple to avoid.
It is necessary to treat purulent processes in the gland itself or nearby tissues, but not with antibiotics, and cleansing (bowel lavage, drinking herbal infusions, abstinence from solid food for 10-20 days).
What about diabetes? Does a diabetic have to live with his or her disease and medications for the rest of his or her life, which is already shortened considerably by the disease? Should they accept that diabetes is a way of life? No, absolutely not! Diabetes arises from damage to the insular apparatus of the gland by an inflammatory or autoimmune process, and this is started by the notorious animal proteins.
And it does not arise at all from excess sugar (unless it is natural - honey, fruit), but from an excess of protein products, ie.
antigenic material that destroys tissues.
And it should be treated only by proper, adequate to the organism nutrition, about which we said above, as well as freeing the large intestine from putrefying digestive waste (intestinal lavage) and a sufficient amount of fresh air, because.
oxygen promotes the combustion of under-oxidized metabolic products.
As an addition to therapy, work at the dacha, in the vegetable garden, walking or running are suitable.
Even diabetic gangrene can be treated this way.
Insulin-dependent diabetes is also treatable with careful and long-term adherence to a proper, health-promoting diet.
It should be said that type II diabetes in the establishment of tissue purification and full regenerative nutrition is literally "in parallel" cured in the natural treatment of such serious diseases such as bronchial asthma, hypertension, lymphogranulomatosis, pyelonephritis.
All of this has taken place in correcting the condition of our trainees attending natural medicine lectures and seminars.
To complete the topic, let's say the following.
Now that we have understood the composition and quality of various food products - raw and cooked, animal and vegetable, and in their compliance with the physiology and biochemistry of the human body, let's imagine a picture of an ideal diet of a person of any age and state of health.
In the morning a person needs herbal teas of different composition: cleansing, soothing, expectorant, choleretic, etc.
As a universal scheme take one tablespoon of mint, melissa, oregano, valerian root, plantain, mother and stepmother, sage, yarrow, chamomile, ergot, bearberry, pour all this three liters of boiling water, insist 0.5 - 1 hour and drink with honey and lemon juice or any sour fresh berry juice.
This volume is the daily allowance for one person.
But you can brew 1-1.5 liters in the morning and drink fresh, hot, herbal-smelling tea with the whole family.
It will do far more good than coffee or destructive black teas.
You can add rose hips berries, green tea, carcade (Sudan rose) to this mixture.
If possible, this can be followed by 1-2 glasses of fresh fruit or vegetable juice from any fruit or vegetable in season.
Between 10 and 11 hours - the first meal, it should be fruity - fresh fruit in summer and fall, apples, citrus fruits and dried fruits in winter and spring.
After 1.5-2 hours - herbal tea or 1-2-3 glasses of any juice.
At 3 p.m., a lunch of fresh vegetables and greens is recommended.
Vegetables are grated, greens are finely chopped, the salad is dressed with homemade sour cream (not pasteurized!), vegetable oil, raw egg yolks.
It is possible and very useful to add to the salad ground sprouted wheat, buckwheat, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, peas, sprouted in advance.
The range of vegetables for salads depends on the seasonal factor.
It is necessary to remember that "every vegetable has its time", and do not try to buy in January and March tomatoes and cucumbers, and in June - watermelons.
Vegetables should be eaten ground and ripe, otherwise they only do harm.
Fresh herbs can be consumed all year round.
1.5 hours after lunch - any drink.
Dinner is at 6 p.m.
It can be fruit or vegetable - in season.
With vegetable salads instead of sprouted grains you can use walnuts, hazelnuts, cheeses, fermented milk products.
Bread - only in the form of rye breadcrumbs with butter and horseradish or garlic sauce.
You can also add bran to salads: wheat, rye and others, they are an irreplaceable source of B vitamins.
Once again, it should be emphasized that in summer and autumn all red and orange fruits and vegetables are especially valuable, as they are the richest sources of vitamins, trace elements, antioxidants.
These include cherries, black grapes, tomatoes, watermelons, i.e. anything that has made the black list of banned foods for those suffering from allergies, skin diatheses or asthma.
For them, these foods are especially necessary, but only after cleansing the body.
One cannot help but think of a thirteen-year-old girl from the village of Industrial, who because of choking attacks and itching all over her body could not eat strawberries, tomatoes and watermelons.
She used to tell her mom, "I wish there was no summer, I wish there was always winter."
We will not describe in detail what happened.
Let's just say that she started cleansing by drinking plenty of herbal infusions and bowel lavage in March, and already in May she ate strawberries and felt completely healthy.
Now she was saying: "May it always be summer."
Let's look at what people gain and lose with this kind of diet.
Obviously, they acquire health, and with it optimism, strength and desire to live and work.
And that's at any age.
And they are deprived, first of all, of all their diseases - hypertension, diabetes, pancreatitis, cholecystitis and others, the list of which is endless.
In addition, they are not afraid of the flu or even SARS.
And, of course, these people are deprived of abundant feasts with kebab and booze.
But that doesn't require them to give up delicious food and socializing with friends at all.
Everyone has enough diseases, including young people, and with basic knowledge about their body and nature, many of your friends will follow your example and change their views on life and eating habits.
What about small children? Why do infants who have tasted nothing but mother's milk get sick? Why do they suffer from diathesis, rickets, pneumonia? After all, it is generally believed that breastfeeding is the best nutrition for the child, and nothing compares to the composition of mother's milk.
Doesn't the composition of milk depend on what a breastfeeding woman eats? After all, all the described processes of putrefaction and fermentation of food with mixed nutrition occur in her body, and the toxins of putrefaction released in this process get directly into breast milk.
And mom tries, eats as much and as often as possible, the baby sucks, grows.
Mom is happy, until suddenly there is no trouble: high fever, sore throat, pneumonia, diathesis.
What to do? To the doctor and often to the hospital, and there the child and you are waiting for medicines, injections and sleepless nights.
Alas, a painfully familiar pattern.
And the mom only needs: immediately drink a salt laxative, cleanse the intestines and drink, drink herbal teas with honey, juices of fruits and vegetables, but nothing to eat.
A child with a high fever should cleanse the intestines (cleansing enemas), drink herbal teas, citrus juices and after cleansing the mother's body - breast milk.
Such a regimen should be continued for at least 10-15 days, then both mom and baby will be healthy.
Then adjust the power supply as described.
Dear readers! When summer comes - the most fertile time of the year, with an abundance of fruits and vegetables, vacation time - use these precious days and weeks to heal from illnesses naturally....
