AIDS program. Causes and agents of AIDS. Proper treatment.

AIDS, the "Plague of the 20th Century," was the first viral infection not with localized foci but with a pandemic that swept 124 countries by 1981.At present, AIDS has become a leading topic attracting the attention of medical science and practical health care in all countries of the world due to the rapid spread of an infection that knows no analogues among other infectious diseases.
The first report of the unknown disease was published in 1980 in the USA.A year later, the same disease was reported in Western Europe.
Observation of the epidemiological picture allowed to substantiate the hypothesis about the existence of a previously unknown infectious agent characterized simultaneously by infectious, oncogenic and immunosuppressive properties.

In 1983.independently of each other L.Montagnier (France) and R.Gallo (USA) isolated a T-lymphotropic retrovirus from a patient with lymphoadenopathy, initially named "lymphoadenopathy-associated virus".Later, similar viruses and antibodies to the virus were obtained from AIDS patients. The virus was designated MTU and was distinct from NTU-I and NTU-II viruses isolated from leukemia patients with marked infectious oncogenic and immunosuppressive properties. There has been talk of a laboratory origin of the virus being selected as a bacteriological weapon, but it is unlikely that such a bacteriological weapon, which is difficult to infect humans and whose effects would take several years to take effect, could be developed.
The theories of the natural origin of the virus are more well argued. After its isolation from African green monkeys and other primates and the determination of the virus' propensity to mutate, it was hypothesized that the "monkey" virus could be transported by negative mutation into the causative agent of AIDS.The virus is believed to have been transported from Africa to Fr.Haiti and from there to the United States. This was facilitated by the massive purchase of cheap donated blood from African countries by US firms.Increased prostitution and drug abuse have also contributed to the spread of the MTU virus.

According to WHO, as of March 1988.There are 131433 cases in 133 countries, but the actual number of patients is 150,000.WHO experts believe there are now between 5 and 10 million.people infected with HIV.By 1991.approximately 1 million.of them will get AIDS.Observations have shown that the number of registered AIDS patients and virus carriers is constantly increasing.
On average, every 8-10 hours the number of patients doubles!
This is the situation in the world today.Russia is not an exception.
According to American prof.J.Grumman, our country has even more favorable conditions for the spread of AIDS than many African countries (LG No. 161989).Although our scientists are not so pessimistic, apparently such a threat has encouraged the creation of the AIDS Association.

What does AIDS represent in terms of the future survival of the human race?
According to all available data, it claims to be a universal pathology affecting all tissues of the organism and knows no state, racial, age or gender restrictions, and therefore poses a real threat to the existence of mankind.
No disease, and especially AIDS, can be considered in isolation, outside the ecological situation in which it unfolds, outside the ecological relationships of the organism, as well as phylogenetic analysis of its gene pool.
Based on the data already available in medical science, we will try to understand the pathogenesis of the disease for possible clarification of its true etiologic factors (causes). We may be able to eliminate the threat to the human race by eliminating the causes of AIDS.
So, the AIDS pathogen has a specific tropism to T4=lymphocytes (T-helpers), leading to lymphocyte death rather than proliferation (unlike other T-lymphocyte viruses). At the same time, the process of active production of virus by T-cells without visible cytopathic changes - delayed virus action - was recorded. There is also an excessive release of humoral factors that activate the B-lymphocytic system, resulting in hyperproduction of immunoglobulins. Thus a vicious circle is formed: deficiency of leukocytes, immune disorders and hyperproduction of humoral components, eventually exhausting the immune system.
There is also a defect in the monocyte system, that is, their ability to chemotaxis, phytotactic activity, and ability to produce interferon I is lost.
Interferon alpha levels are increased in the blood, but the ability of white blood cells to respond to its effects is decreased.
The listed violations are enough for the body to become easily vulnerable even to conditionally pathogenic microflora. There is an activation of both endogenous microflora (herpes virus, fungi Cpc1a) and exogenous bacteria.Due to the oncogenic activity of the virus, more than 1/3 of patients develop oncogenic skin lesions in the form of Kaposi's sarcoma.

So, from the defects of immunity we note quantitative decrease and qualitative defects of T-lymphocytes, increase in spontaneous production of immunoglobulins, defect of antigen-specific response, defect of leukogenic response of T-cell structures, decrease in cytotactic activity, decrease in the ability to respond with antibody production to a new antigen, impaired function of monocytes, appearance of anti-lymphocytic antibodies, suppressor factors. All this leads to the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, the nodal point of which is T-helper deficiency and the functional inability of these cells (T-lymphocytes) to stimulate B-lymphocytes, ie.the body becomes defenseless to aggressive factors of the external and internal environment.A life-threatening infection or tumor process develops. This immunological background is characterized by the activation of dormant infections - tuberculosis, deep mycoses, pyoderma, that is, such processes very often precede the disease.AIDS occurs against the backdrop of an already depleted (pre-excessive and perverted immune system).Characteristic pneumonia, lymphoadenopathy, and undetectable fever occur. All pathologic processes are torpid, resistant to antibiotics and sulfa drugs.Gastrointestinal lesions manifest as diarrheal syndrome and emaciation.Meningitis occurs, and debilitating fever and sepsis leading to death are not uncommon.Especially frequent are all kinds of pyoderma (strepto and staphyloderma), neoplasms resistant to cytostatic drugs, allergic manifestations in the form of urticaria with persistent rashes.
Currently, sufficiently reliable diagnostic tests have been developed to detect both patients and carriers of the virus. However, as the authors of the textbook "AIDS.Problems of treatment and prevention" (M., 1989) L.Д.Tishchenko, G.К.Gagaev, A.Б.Somov, the treatment of AIDS patients remains an unsolved problem due to the lack of effective etiotropic agents.

The question arises: how can any etiotropic agents cure this disease? By destroying the virus? And what about the accompanying main action biocidal effects of these drugs on the background of depleted immunity? After all, chemotherapy, waging war against microbes with fanatical persistence, by synthesizing ever new "chemical bullets" striking the supposedly "microbial target" (P. P. K. Kovalov, "The microbial target").Ehrlich), has created such a vicious arsenal of these very chemical weapons against all kinds of microflora, the active use of which, together with chemical pollution of the environment, eventually led to immunological failure of the immune fund of mankind. The act that crowned this war between man and his own body was acquired immunodeficiency syndrome.
Acquired by whom and when? By man and mankind in the historical process of violation of ecological ties of the organism with its environment, with the ecosphere.
Is there any sense to search for a new chemical preparation against mutated natural virus in case of complete immunologic failure of macroorganism? After all, virus mutations are endless. In contrast, the human body is stable and has self-regulation and self-correction systems that ensure homeostasis. One of these systems is the immune system.Of course, it is not isolated, but is in interconnection (feedback) with the neurohumoral and endocrine systems of self-regulation, in turn, being in multilateral relations with the systems of digestion, respiration and excretion.

Where is the way to eliminate irreversible immune disorders provoked by the mutated "monkey" virus?
After all, AIDS shows an unambiguous tendency to grow. This is not an epidemic of smallpox or plague, which, affecting individual, albeit very large human contingents, are eliminated by any means (hygienic measures, protective inoculations, chemotherapy). It's all a passing phase. Now drugs and preventive vaccinations can't help, because that is the way we have disrupted the immune foundation of humanity by invading the body's holy of holies - the ability to guard itself, its physical individuality.

What was the path that the human species took to systemic disruption of connective tissue, its vulnerability, loss of the ability to self-regulate and destroy foreign structures?
Obviously, the problem of AIDS is inseparable from the problem of collagenoses, their emergence as a systemic destruction of connective tissue, treatment by generations of immunosuppressants with increasing biological aggressiveness (hormonal and non-hormonal).By the way, the treatment was unsuccessful.
However, the problem of both AIDS and collagenosis has its roots in the ecological past of mankind, in the ecological catastrophe in the history of the human species, when, as a result of climate change on the globe and glaciation of vast areas, the stocks of natural human food - fruits and nuts - were practically destroyed.
People were forced to turn to eating meat, which in those conditions, obviously, was equal to cannibalism, so unphysiological and unethical was this product for a frugivorous man.
But, having covered vast areas with a thick layer of ice, having destroyed many biological species, including mammoths, this cataclysm did not manage to destroy man, who changed his natural, physiological foodstuffs from vegetable to animal.
One of the most important human ecological relationships has begun to be disrupted.Traditional trophic chains have been perverted by eating animal protein, which is foreign to the human body in structure and therefore aggressive, causing micro-destruction of the body's connective tissue.Oral administration of it does not eliminate this danger, because.it is known that about 40% of animal proteins taken with food are absorbed in the small intestine at the molecular level.Once absorbed into the bloodstream, they are directed primarily to the liver, an immunocompetent organ.A foreign protein structure in the blood is already an antigenic challenge to the organism, which is inevitably followed by a tissue response - antibody synthesis.
Repeated, systematic immune responses to the invasion of a foreign protein structure cannot, during the life of an individual, its ontogenesis, and during the biological history of a species, i.e. phylogenesis, not upset the system of connective tissue and its immune responses.Cannot help but deplete the immune system (excessive immunogenesis) and impair its ability to self-correct - the only real possibility of curing any disorder of the body.

The era of technical civilization has caused irreparable damage to the human ecological niche, it has made it incapable of self-repair.This epoch is associated with excessive anthropogenic pollution of the ecosystem, depletion of its biospheric resources and a significant decrease in species diversity, which limits the ability of the system to recover through interactions in the biocenosis.
Such degradation of an ecological niche has the most direct impact on the quality of organisms of its inhabitants. But humans exacerbate their ecological situation by violating physiological patterns of nutrition and healing, ie.correction of their own self-regulating system, because living organisms are open systems exchanging substance and energy with the environment.
Consuming food denatured by heat and other types of processing, a person, first of all, condemns himself to energy-poor, deprived of light calories having biological meaning, entropic food.Heat treatment disrupts the native structure of the product - the carrier of biological energy.Along with this, eating animal protein destroys the immune system through excessive immunogenesis, as well as causing putrefaction processes in the intestine and then inoculation of tissues with cadaveric poisons (putrescine, cadaverine, ptomains, indole, scatol). The end product of animal protein metabolism is difficult to eliminate from the body nitrogenous compounds in the form of uric acid, which also causes systemic destruction of the connective tissue of the body and glands of internal secretion.Disturbed physiologic nutrition is followed by various diseases, including infectious diseases.Pathological process is, first of all, a metabolic disorder and only then its manifestation in the form of diseases.

We treat infectious diseases with chemotherapy (that "magic bullet" of chemist P. P. Kuznetsov).Ehrlich), antibiotics or vaccinations, ie.the introduction of antigenic material (foreign protein), or immune material - antibodies. All these measures lead to further depletion of the immune system, forcing it to work in the unnatural mode imposed on it, but do not contribute, do not create conditions for the realization of the system's self-regulation capabilities.Without removing pathological information (microbial agent) from the organism, they only neutralize it and, leaving it in the tissues, contribute to the accumulation of further structural misinformation (disintegration).
Hormonal and non-hormonal immunosuppressants and immunomodulators, which have firmly entered the arsenal of drug therapy over the last decades, only pervert the mode of operation of the immune system, disturbing its typological state and, consequently, the ability to fight the disease (AIDS).
Mass prophylactic inoculations against infectious diseases, introduced more than 100 years ago, have significantly changed the immune fund of mankind, again imposing on the immune system a mode of operation not inherent to it.The elimination of epidemic infectious diseases has come at a high price.
Was there an alternative to chemotherapy, the systematic introduction of foreign antigenic material into the human body, the continuous stimulation and later suppression of the immune system? Could humanity have been rid of infections by other means? That's the point, infectious diseases have been greatly reduced by the application of hygienic measures alone, not drugs.Environmental hygiene, plumbing and sanitation, which replaced medieval unsanitation, changed the situation qualitatively. But by creating hygiene of the external environment, doctors forgot about hygiene of the internal environment.Calling to wash hands, fruits and vegetables, introducing asepsis and antisepsis, doctors and hygienists, unfortunately, completely overlooked the state of the internal environment of the body and the need to keep it in constant cleanliness.

The alternative to mass prophylactic vaccinations, chemotherapy of infectious diseases, and then the use of immunomodulators lay in the hygiene of the internal environment of the body. The purity of the tissues, the absence of festering toxins in them, is the guarantee of health and immunity to infection.Mankind, having memorialized Koch, Pasteur and other infectious disease specialists, has completely forgotten the hygienist Pettenkofer, who disputed the role of the microbe as the causative agent of infectious disease.By ingesting microbial cultures secreted by his colleagues, he did not fall ill.It couldn't have been a miracle. But in the age of the triumph of science and technology, the technical approach to the body has won out. There is a microbe, but there is also a chemical weapon against it! And the problem seemed to be solved, especially since the results were obvious: specific chemopreparations cured infectious diseases.Treat or heal? The pathological information, remaining in the organism, violated the gene pool of the species. It is up to us, the descendants, to judge. We eliminated smallpox, and in the same year we got AIDS.The hygiene of the internal environment certainly begins with the hygiene of food, that component of the external environment that constantly, along with atmospheric air and water, becomes our internal environment. The concept of pure, i.e..non-malignant, nutrition has been consigned to oblivion, although they have existed since the time of Hippocrates, Pythagoras, and Plato.Meat products have been declared the most caloric and valuable foodstuffs since the moment when the German nutritionist Voigt (60s of the XIX century) by completely biased methods calculated the caloric value of foodstuffs, which we use in modern dietetics.Meat animal husbandry began to develop intensively, and the level of consumption of animal products in food became a measure of the well-being and civility of the nation.Crop production has taken a back seat.Fruits and vegetables and even grains are no longer seriously considered as foods that can provide calories, body growth, physical strength, and health.

This is the most obvious example of perverted thinking, unwillingness to find out the essence of the phenomena.
Animal proteins have been declared the only biologically complete foods without which human beings cannot grow and live.Numerous examples of vegetarianism and plant-based raw foodism of individuals, communities, and entire ethnic isolates - Hunza, Tubu, etc., were not taken into account at all and were considered casuistry. In the same row, of course, stood Pythagoras, Plato, Gandhi, Shaw, Tolstoy, not to mention the naturopathic doctors: S.Graham, G.Shelton, N.Walker, A.Chase, E.Vivini, X.Benjamin, Yu.С.Nikolaev, G.Shatalova and many others.

The reduction in mortality from infectious diseases was inspiring. The increase in morbidity and mortality from non-communicable diseases has somehow been overlooked. However, in the middle of the last century, scientists got a bit concerned about the unprecedented increase in allergic diseases. But technical civilization quickly found a remedy: immunosuppressants, then immunomodulators! After all, we have chemistry, so can't we fight allergic reactions?!
We have successfully fought plague, smallpox, cholera, but collagenosis, heart attacks and tumor growth - without success. Then came AIDS.How to fight AIDS? In medicine there is a well-known concept of "efferent therapy", i.e. cleansing therapy.Only this method is used in the terminal stages of loss of the sick organ functions - renal or hepatic failure, and in the form in which it is used now (dialysis (purification) of blood), this method can not save anyone.

Why can't efferent, purifying therapy be applied at the earliest stages of the disease or, even better, before the disease, i.e., before the disease.purify the internal environment of the body in sick and non-sick people, but not through the blood. What is purification? It is, first of all, the flushing of the cavities (intestines - first of all), it is tissue cleansing, i.e., it is the cleansing of the tissues.temporary abstinence from food for the purpose of tissue autolysis of pathological structures of the body and end products of tissue metabolism. It is a cleansing diet of plant foods and raw juices - fruit and vegetable juices, which alkalize the internal environment and remove all polluting products that interfere with the optimal process of metabolism.
What food products contaminate the body? Animal proteins, which create putrefaction processes in the gastrointestinal tract, and as end products - insoluble, crystalline nitrogenous compounds (uric acid, etc.).
Vegetable carbohydrates and fats do not have this property, they do not contain nitrogen and as end products of metabolism give only water and carbon dioxide, easily removed from the body. They do not become a breeding ground for germs. It is only putrefaction toxins produced by the digestion of cadaver material, i.e. meat products.Microbes and viruses parasitize only in the cytoplasm of cells saturated with toxins. The cytoplasm of a healthy, "clean" cell is bactericidal and kills microbial material.Natural intestinal microflora, not suppressed by putrefactive and fermentative microflora formed due to improper digestion, produces vitamins and bioactive substances required by the body, synthesizes amino acids (in particular B12).

But then it gives out: "Life is the mode of existence of protein bodies...", "There is no life without protein!". Of course it is.But somehow we forget that each organism synthesizes individual proteins not from foreign protein, which can only break its own structure, but from building material, amino acid bricks. But, firstly, this material is quite enough in plants, especially green ones (complete proteins), and secondly, amino acids can also be obtained by synthesizing them in the process of metabolism from the carbohydrate chain of carbohydrates and fats by its amination rather than by splitting a protein molecule with all the accompanying troubles for the organism. This is where the path to economical use of plastic and energetic material lies, provided we do not denature it by heat and other treatments. That is, the food industry should produce not candies, compotes, canned goods, pasta and semolina, but dried fruits, whole cereals, dried vegetables, and agriculture should supply sufficient quantities of fruits, vegetables, honey and nuts.Cereals, however, little processed or unprocessed (sprouted grain), in much smaller quantities meet the physiological needs of the body.Such a diet does not cause obesity.Being energetically full, it provides a person with a high level of efficiency, health, guarantees proper, proportional growth and health of children's body, high mental and physical activity, eliminates the need for preventive vaccinations. This is a consistent path of purification of the internal environment of the body, hygiene of the internal environment, which together with hygiene of the external environment, manifested in the purity of the ecology, will raise the capacity of the immune system, allowing it to resist infectious agents, including HIV.

All other preventive measures of social hygiene are certainly necessary, but they are ineffective by themselves, but only in combination with measures of internal hygiene of the body.
Homosexuals, drug addicts, and prostitutes are just the at-risk, immunologically most depleted groups. In fact, the inferiority of the immune system in the era of technogenic civilization and non-physiological nutrition has become an asset to all mankind.
To overcome AIDS, it is necessary to correct this acquired defect in the immunity of the individual and the human population.
Fighting and eliminating AIDS is not only a medical and social problem, but also an environmental and technological one that needs to be addressed on a planet-wide scale. For this purpose, it is necessary to ecologize people's eating habits and needs, to return people to their original plant food, thus reviving their physical and spiritual health.
The path to this is long and difficult, but it must begin today.

For this purpose it is necessary to create a wide network of health-improving medical institutions - health schools, where patients with various diseases, including children and pregnant women, can be treated by natural methods (by the forces of nature and the body without the use of drugs), and where people who are not yet sick (at the stage of pre-disease) can undergo a course of preventive procedures.
All together they will simultaneously learn proper hygiene, environmentally adapted food, living and social skills.
Such health schools will become centers of medical culture in rural areas, educating and improving the health of rural as well as urban populations, who will be more willing to be treated in small rural hospitals.
Instead of concentrating patients in cities and creating a "disease industry" in the form of large clinics, we will have a "health industry" and will be able to educate people in ecologically adapted needs and skills in ecologically preserved environments - rural areas and resort areas.
Ecologically oriented consciousness, rejection of bad habits (smoking, alcoholism, drug addiction), cure of diseases, health habits - these should be the achievements of health schools located in every village and small town.
This process of people's health improvement will be accompanied by corresponding processes in the economy (ecologization of production).
In agriculture, crop production and beekeeping will become priority areas. In crop production - vegetable and fruit plant breeding. In field farming, more attention could be paid to grass rotation and restoration of natural fertility of the land instead of intensive agrarian technologies with pesticides and chemical fertilizers to maximize yields.Entire sectors of agriculture, such as industrial beet and tobacco farming, would become redundant.Beekeeping as one of the links in the ecological chain will contribute to increasing the yield of gardens and fields, and to the restoration of nature.
Beet will be grown for food, not for use in sugar production, and the same will happen with sugar cane.
An important component of food will be nut crops - complete sources of plant protein, far superior to animal protein.
Ecologically oriented agriculture will enrich soils rather than deplete them. The economy of society as a whole will be oriented towards the satisfaction of human needs rather than the ambitions of bureaucratic apparatus, armament, overdevelopment of heavy industry, mindless exhaustion of energy resources, and pollution of the environment.

AIDS as a disease came to us last in the chain of diseases of modern civilization. He will also be the last to leave, after we can cure, ie.eliminate by ecological, natural methods all other diseases. If we do not learn this, if medicine continues on the beaten path of chemotherapy, people will not be able to escape from the vicious cycle of disease and destruction of nature - the universal ecological crisis encompassing the biosphere and humanity as part of the Earth's biosphere....
