Liver disease. Cyrosis, hepatitis. Description and treatment of liver diseases.

What is the liver? What is its role in the body? Why does the liver get sick and can it not get sick? Answers to these questions are of concern to many people, because in our technogenic, chemical age, liver disorders are so widespread that they affect both adults and children to a greater or lesser extent.

Let's find out the functions of a healthy liver first.

The liver is the largest parenchymatous internal organ, a real biochemical laboratory of the body, a "production center" that creates our tissues and supplies building material for their growth and renewal.

It is in the liver that individual human proteins specific to the body are synthesized.
They are made from the raw materials that food supplies to our bodies.
And, of course, for the proper course of this biochemical process it is not at all indifferent from what initial products our tissues and organs will be created.
Let's remember this fact and come back to it later.

And now let's consider another, no less important for our life liver function of detoxification, that is, the function of neutralization of poisons that are in the internal environment of the body.

Where do these poisons come from? After all, we don't seem to eat poisons.
Yes, but very often, almost always, the most benign foods that we eat and feed our children, in the process of digestion in the stomach and intestines turn into toxic substances that need to be urgently removed from the body.
Why does this happen and what is the process of toxin neutralization by the liver?
Unfortunately, digestion of food in our intestines is constantly accompanied by two very harmful processes: protein putrefaction and starch fermentation, which often results in such ailments as peptic ulcer disease, ulcerative colitis, spastic colitis, biliary dyskinesia, pancreatitis, dysbacteriosis, paraproctitis, appendicitis and hemorrhoids.
That is, the entire digestive tract suffers, in addition, the stool becomes smelly.
This is because protein and starchy (carbohydrate) foods when eaten at the same time can not be fully digested under the influence of digestive juices.

Their enzymatic breakdown is incomplete, because the enzymes that break down proteins in the stomach (pepsin) are active only in an acidic environment, and the enzymes that break down starchy food - in an alkaline environment.

Carbohydrates (sugar, honey, jam, grapes), on the other hand, are low molecular weight foods ready to be absorbed in the stomach.
But, entering the stomach together with starches or proteins (sweet porridge, bread with honey, cake, nuts with honey), they are fermented under the influence of the acid of gastric juice and disrupt the process of breaking down starch or protein in the stomach and intestines.

Such a food mush (chyme) entering the small intestine is more like a leavening bowl in which the starch is fermented and the protein rots.

Thus, protein not broken down in the stomach is not able to be broken down to amino acids in the duodenum and small intestine (because the environment there is alkaline).
It falls prey to putrefactive intestinal microflora and undergoes putrefaction, so that this microflora multiplies and the meat food turns into a rotting corpse, releasing the corpse poisons putrescine and cadaverine.
These substances are extremely poisonous monoamines that are unfortunately constant companions of our "normal" digestion.

What happens to starches in the small intestine? Having been taken in with protein food, they have adsorbed the acid of gastric juice in the stomach and are now unable to be completely broken down by pancreatic juice amylase, which is active in an alkaline environment.

Semi-digested starchy food moves first through the small intestine, then through the large intestine and eventually falls prey to fermenting microbes.
Fermentation toxins such as methane, methyl alcohol, acetic acid, and aldehydes are released.

Are not poisons enough to kill an elephant?
However, we do not die after such a protein and starchy meal, because it is our everyday food, which we also spice up every time with sweet tea and jam, sweet pastries or fruit.
As if specifically to enhance fermentation of the food mixture in the intestines!

And we do not die from toxins formed in the intestines only because we have a tireless guardian of our life and health - the liver, neutralizing them, converting them into paired compounds with glucuronic acid, which are excreted through the kidneys.

After all, the blood from the small and large intestines of a person does not go directly into the great circle of blood circulation, but is pre-filtered by the liver, entering it through the portal vein of the liver - the collector of all blood vessels carrying blood out of the intestines.

This process in itself is very thankless, and a reasonable person will not regularly supply his liver with poisons to neutralize them, because this work involves the expenditure of enzymes (and therefore biological, vital energy) for the synthesis of these very neutral paired compounds.

Biochemical scientists have proved that 60% of protein food eaten is not digested by the body at all! Thus, with our unwise diet we create another harmful and pointless job for the liver: without entering the general bloodstream, protein food goes directly to the liver and is processed by it into urea excreted by the kidneys.

The synthesis of urea and the preliminary breakdown of proteins unnecessary to the body again requires a considerable expenditure of enzymes, i.e. our energy.
There is a senseless process of converting raw materials (food) into garbage (urea), and the "factory" doing the work is our single liver.

Naturally, the "production lines" - hepatocytes (parenchymatous cells of the liver), being overloaded with endless work to save our body from all sorts of poisons and garbage, are unable to fully perform their functions of protein synthesis, synthesis of blood hemoglobin, glycogen, a number of vitamins, hormones and enzymes.

This is one of the causes of such phenomena as exhaustion, anemia, headaches, insomnia, fatigue, speaking of intoxication of the body.
After all, the toxins that got into the liver parenchyma, not always have time to be neutralized, and some of these very dangerous products get into the general circulation and spread throughout the body, released in all possible ways and causing diseases of the skin, bronchi, lungs, lungs, blood vessels, heart and so on.
п.

And what happens when in addition to endogenous poisons on the liver and exogenous (external) poisons - alcohol, nicotine, drugs, industrial poisons, household chemicals, automobile and industrial emissions?
Naturally, the liver gets sick! Hepatitis is an inflammation of liver tissue, its enlargement, soreness, sometimes with high fever.
Neglected or treated with drugs (antibiotics, hormones) hepatitis can go into cirrhosis, that is the overgrowth of connective tissue stroma (framework) of the liver in place of dead liver cells.

The liver becomes dense, painful, in advanced cases, the portal vein is compressed, blood flow in it is hampered, and the liquid part of the blood sweats out into the abdomen, provoking dropsy or ascites.

Most often, as we know, cirrhosis is caused by immoderate (and even moderate, but systematic) alcohol consumption, but it can also occur as a result of any other toxins, both exogenous and endogenous, which we have already discussed.

But now, in addition to the relatively rare cirrhosis we have a growing epidemic-like liver disease - viral hepatitis.
The causative agents are viruses of types A, B and C, the latter form being particularly malignant, as it is practically incurable and leads to cirrhosis of the liver.

Viral hepatitis is an autoimmune disease, meaning that in it, the body synthesizes antibodies to the degenerated liver structures, leading to further destruction of the liver.

Among other liver diseases, everyone knows about gallstone disease.
The scenario of development of this disease looks bleak: inflammation of the gallbladder, attacks with severe pain in the right subcostal region and high fever, calls to the "ambulance", but-ashpa, analgin and as a way to get rid of all this - removal of the gallbladder.

What is gallstone disease? Nothing but a banal clogging of the liver passages and gallbladder with slags (pus clots soaked with cholesterol, bile and calcium salts).

You can remove a gallbladder clogged with stones, but will that cleanse the liver while maintaining the same mixed diet and sedentary lifestyle?

And yet, what is the main cause of all liver diseases? This cause is meat diet, i.e. eating foreign animal protein.
We have already found out what poisons are produced during the digestion and assimilation of animal proteins.

And if we take into account that 40% of protein molecules are absorbed in the small intestine as whole, not cleaved to amino acids, that is, the molecules get into the blood and, being antigens, cause the formation of completely unnecessary antibodies? The ratio is as follows: eat 100 g of meat, get 40 g of antibodies, our native tissue antibodies, ready to fight and kill any foreign molecule that entered the body, and then their own tissues.

Such excess immunogenesis gives rise to all allergic and autoimmune diseases.
Spring has come - the population is allergic to flower pollen, ragweed has blossomed - allergy from ragweed pollen, eat citrus fruits, strawberries, watermelon, honey - allergy again.
And so all nature becomes dangerous, and where do we run from it?
And the real cause of all this misery is meat food.
It is worthwhile for a patient with allergies to give it up and remove from the tissues of the body all the metabolic products of foreign proteins, as allergies disappear, and even can not believe that you can not suffocate, being in a field with blooming wormwood, sunflower, ragweed, eat honey, oranges, strawberries and get only benefit and pleasure from it.

And what benefits do we get from meat food? Maybe we really need it, and without "complete" animal proteins and "essential amino acids" contained only in meat, we cannot live? And even impossible to have offspring and raise children?
The centuries-old experience of many peoples of the modern and ancient world speaks to the contrary.

There is a mountain-protected valley of the Hunza River in northern Pakistan.
The people of this valley have subsisted for centuries and generations on nothing but apricots, apricot seed oil, millet, herbs and goat's milk.
People there do not know diseases and doctors, live more than 100 years, keeping their eyesight sharp, healthy teeth, good hearing and sober mind.
Grandmothers and great-grandmothers, using lactogenic herbs, nurture their grandchildren with breast milk as mothers work in the fields.

Of course, the ecological situation there is better than in modern cities, but there is evidence to suggest that the environmental factor is not the main factor here.
For example, next to the Hunzas, at the same altitude, in a mountain climate with clean air lives a tribe of Sherpas, who are traditionally hired as guides for all kinds of expeditions from Europe and America and eat modern, civilized food - meat, canned food, etc.

As a result, Sherpas are sick with all the diseases of civilization and live for 50-60 years, while Hunzas managed to avoid these "benefits".
They farm the land and raise goats, the meat of which they do not eat.

In the north of Africa lives the Arab tribe of Kelkumer, who eat only dates, having excellent health, excellent eyesight in old age, easily withstanding the desert climate, and eating only 10-20 dates a day.

We can once again turn to history and remember that the daily ration of Alexander the Great's soldiers consisted of a handful of dry wheat grains, a few olives and fruit.
These are the facts and the real needs of the human body.

It also doesn't hurt to think of vegetarian athletes, who always have the best performances, especially where endurance is needed.

At the beginning of the 20th century, the power juggler Georg Gagenschmidt, known as the "Russian Lion", performed in the circus arenas of the world.
He ate exclusively plant-based foods: fruits, vegetables, nuts and grains in their raw form while performing amazing strength numbers.
And he developed this nutritional regimen for himself, after early in his career, in the arena, his trainer fed him meat to achieve high results.
The result was the opposite.

There are many children living in the world who were born and raised in naturist raw food families.
One of them is Anahit, daughter of the famous Tehran naturist Arshavir Ter-Hovhannisyan, who grew up and gave birth to beautiful healthy children exclusively on a raw fruit and vegetable diet.
There are families of raw vegan vegetarians in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Novosibirsk, not just in the exotic tropics.

It is impossible to live without meat only on permafrost, but the climate of Kuban and southern Russia differs from the polar climate for the better, and nature gives us such a quantity of fruits, vegetables, nuts, oil plants and cereals, which is quite enough to ensure full health and efficiency.

And all those effects that we get from meat food (strength, vigor, efficiency) - only apparent, short-term and are explained by the fact that during digestion of meat in the gastrointestinal tract are formed so-called endorphins, or endogenous morphines, that is a dope for our body.
That's where the "euphoria" after a dense meat meal comes from.

You have already read about its further consequences.
The list of them is as follows: incomplete breakdown of meat in the stomach (which lacks acidity and enzymes for complete digestion of meat), putrefaction in the small and large intestines, release of corpse poisons, their absorption in the liver (and partially - in the general circulation), their neutralization in the liver and excretion by the kidneys (good work we set the liver and kidneys!).

The picture becomes complete if we think of another type of recycling of raw materials into waste.
It's about meat processed into urea.
But instead of this harmful and pointless work, the liver can fully synthesize our own proteins, the very proteins that we are so eager to get from animal meat: beef, pork, poultry.

If a mammal, such as a cow, can synthesize complete protein from plant foods like grass and hay, why can't the human body do the same by eating fruits, vegetables, grains and nuts.

The question is from what is more useful and energetically advantageous for the liver to synthesize species-specific individual protein: from animal proteins, or from carbohydrates and starches present in plant foods.
The most common misconception that leads to poor health in humans is the belief that humans lack essential amino acids to synthesize proteins in the body.
Exactly the ones you should definitely get from animal foods.

In fact, some of them are found in plants (for example, lysine is present in corn), in dairy products, raw egg yolks, and others are synthesized either by our tissues or by the intestinal microflora, if it is normal and not brought to dysbacteriosis as a result of improper diet.

After all, putrefactive and fermentative microflora, multiplying in the intestine in the presence of the appropriate substrate - mixed protein-starchy food, destroys the beneficial gut microbes that are our symbionts.
The circle is closing.

With such intestinal contents of normal microflora, assimilation of nitrogen from the air by Escherichia coli, its synthesis of vitamin B12, necessary for hematopoiesis, and essential amino acids is out of the question.

What can we do? And that is what we do: eat meat, get sick, treat ourselves with drugs, operate by removing our own organs, and declare, in desperation, diseases incurable.
What we used to think: hepatitis C is incurable, diabetes, hypertension, bronchial asthma are incurable, migraine too.
These are diseases that stay with a person for life, and one can only live with them by constantly taking medication and "controlling" the course of the disease.

Who's winning? Pharmaceutical firms.
Who loses? People who do not know the physiology and biochemistry of their body.
True knowledge excludes any fear of disease and diseases themselves, because it makes a person the master of his own body, lifestyle, and thus health and destiny.

So, let's open a biochemistry textbook and find out what pathways protein synthesis follows in the body.

The building blocks of a protein molecule are amino acids - organic acids with an aminated chain of nitrogen molecule included in the structure.

These amino acids, necessary for the synthesis of its own protein, the body can, of course, get from animal proteins, spending a large amount of energy to break down a huge protein molecule and "revitalize" a dead amino acid chain.
After all, to make it suitable for protein synthesis, it is necessary to supply it with energy.
But there is another possibility: to obtain amino acids from carbohydrate chains of starches and carbohydrates of plant food, aminating them and transforming them into amino acids capable of further synthesis without additional energy expenditure, if they are obtained from raw, i.e. "live", fruits, vegetables, nuts and cereals.

The last question, where to get the nitrogen for aminating carbohydrates, is simply solved.
The gut microorganisms favorable to us take it from the air and synthesize amino acids, which are delivered with the bloodstream to the liver as raw material for protein synthesis.

In addition, nitrogen is released in our bodies when old protein molecules are broken down during metabolism.
The amount is 3.7 g per day (Rubner factor).
In a biologically complete diet (raw plant-based), this nitrogen is very easily incorporated into the carbohydrate chains of foods that have not been damaged by heat processing.

Own amino acids are synthesized, energetically complete and therefore, in the presence of a DNA matrix, independently forming a protein molecule with its complex quaternary structure and individual specificity.

The process of protein synthesis from carbohydrate products in the body is disturbed only in the case of adrenal cortex hormones and other cytostatics, that is, drugs that inhibit cell growth.
And they are quite often prescribed to patients with allergic diseases, rheumatism, bronchial asthma, polyarthritis, glomerulonephritis, etc.

Thus, people who have avoided hormone therapy may well expect to get pure body proteins from pure foods.
These products are carbohydrates, the digestion of which is not accompanied by putrefaction, the release of cadaveric poisons, their neutralization in such an organ as the liver, and the formation of the final toxic products of metabolism - urea, creatine, creatinine, uric acid, that is, all that is "residual nitrogen of the blood serum".

We have not yet said about the treatment of liver diseases, but speaking briefly, we can say, the best way to cure the liver is not to let it get sick, that is, to spare it from the earliest age, without contaminating it with the products of intestinal putrefaction.

And if we do contaminate the liver, viruses can invade it and reproduce in it brazenly, because they will have something to feed on! This is where the spread of viral epidemic hepatitis in schools, kindergartens and military units begins.

After viral hepatitis or even without viral hepatitis, the liver may begin to overgrow (overgrowth of connective tissue).
This process is medically referred to as cirrhosis.
Finally, the bile ducts and gallbladder can become clogged with protein putrefaction residues, calcium salts and cholesterol, and gallstone disease occurs.

So what do you do if your liver is sick? Cleanse it.
How: The first step is to flush the entire liver tissue, bile ducts and gallbladder with large amounts of herbal infusions that cleanse not only the liver, but also the kidneys, lungs and intestines.

To do this, you should drink up to three liters of herbal infusion (mint, plantain, cowpea, tricolor violet, chamomile, ergot, field horsetail, motherwort, sage) with honey (1-2 teaspoons per 1 cup of infusion with the juice of 1/4 lemon added).

At the same time, solid food intake should be discontinued.
Thus, it is possible to include two healing processes at once - purification and nourishment of all tissues of the body at the cellular level (herbs, honey and lemon in a dissolved state), turning off the digestive process.

With this dietary regimen, digestive enzymes are not secreted, as there is nothing to break down, and all the body's energy is directed toward cleansing the tissues.

Only in the absence of digestion does the activation of tissue proteolytic enzymes begin to break down diseased, deficient tissue.
Breaking down, they are removed from the body in all possible ways: through the intestines (daily bowel lavage is necessary), through the kidneys (abundant drinking), through the skin (daily bathing in hot water), through the lungs and nasal passages (there is an intense release of pus from the sinuses and bronchi due to coughing, expectoration).

The cleansing lasts 21 or 28 days.
Next, the contents of the gallbladder - gallstones - need to be drained out.
Over the previous 3-4 weeks they dissolve, losing their mineral composition, and turn into pus clots, which completely painlessly exit the gallbladder, taking the form of bile ducts at the exit.

They can be many or few, they can be of different sizes, but usually it's not limited to one cleaning.
It is necessary to carry out expulsion of concrements 4-5 times (taking olive oil with lemon juice according to Semenova) with a break of 4-5 weeks.

In between these cleanses it is necessary to follow a strictly vegetarian dietary regimen consisting of raw fruits and dried fruits, pureed raw vegetables and green leafy crops (sorrel, lettuce, parsley, coriander, spinach, beet haulm, portulaca) with vegetable oil and lemon juice, as well as vegetable broths and infusions of choleretic herbs.

This method can cure not only gallstone disease and eliminate inflammation of the gallbladder, but also cure cirrhosis of the liver (without ascites).

But the easiest way, of course, is to cure viral hepatitis completely, without any consequences for the body.
This can be done if from the beginning of the disease 2-3 times a day to flush the intestines and drink 3-4 liters of fluid per day: 2 liters of herbal infusion with honey and lemon juice and 2 liters of fresh fruit and vegetable juices, canceling the intake of solid food.
Cure occurs in the fourth to fifth week.
It is worth mentioning that common non-viral hepatitis (hepatopancreatitis) is cured in exactly the same way.

It should be noted that the liver is an easily treatable organ.
Being enlarged even by 4-5 cm, after 3-4 weeks it takes its normal size and restores its functions.
There are known cases where one, two or three quarters of the liver tissue remains after surgery and yet it still functions fully and over time the liver tissue grows back to its full size.

Those who have mastered the method of improving the body without surgical intervention get rid of calculous cholecystitis and all kinds of dyskinesia of the biliary tract (especially children often suffer from this).

Very many people get rid of bronchial asthma, joint or heart diseases.
After all, in a human being, all organs are interconnected and united into one organism.
When any one of these is diseased, the other organs are affected, and when one disease is cured, the others are cured.

For example, Galina I., 54, was treated for severe bronchial asthma.
It took her a full year to finally get rid of her asthma and the medications that were no longer helping her.
The asthma was aggravated by a diseased liver and a gallbladder clogged with concretions with adhesions.
After another six months, she was able to get rid of the gallstones completely and an ultrasound showed a healthy gallbladder.

The same thing happened at E.
N. Somova, 34.
And Tamara K., 75 years old, had a 5 cm enlarged liver reduced to normal in 2 months.
A woman has achieved remarkable results in the treatment of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).

Yusuf N., 36 years old (a worker at the Gagarin plant).
Sedina), restored liver function when diagnosed with cirrhosis in six months.

It becomes obvious that alcoholism, nicotine addiction, drug addiction should be treated not by persuasion, coding or other psychological influence on a person, but only by liver cleansing from these exogenous poisons up to removal of their trace amounts from liver tissues.

Once the liver and brain cells are cleansed of these poisons, the body's need for them disappears on its own....
