You all know how unfavorable is the demographic situation that has developed in recent years in Russia and, in particular, in the Krasnodar Region. The death rate has already exceeded the birth rate, i.e. there is a natural population decline. And the population is dwindling not as a result of war or mass killings, but as a result of living conditions. This shows that we are living wrongly and makes us think. What should we do to correct the wrong life?
What is the human body made of? From the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the food we eat. Let's try to change the environmental components that make up our tissues to achieve great health, i.e. health that can resist colds and infections. Since we cannot avoid colds or germs anyway.
We cannot change the composition of the air. We breathe what we are given: in cities - dirty air, in rural areas - relatively clean.
The composition of water also depends little on us, we can only purify it to some extent: filter it, boil it, freeze it, etc. But we have a full opportunity to choose the food that will build our healthy body, free from disease and not allowing even the possibility of getting sick. How can a woman, especially one who is going to give birth to a child, not take advantage of this great opportunity?
It is a happy moment in a woman's life when she discovers that she is pregnant. The Lord has given her the highest happiness - He has given her the opportunity to create a human being, to give birth to a child, as He Himself once did. And that is why a pregnant woman should, first of all, constantly be in a state of prayer, mentally address God, thank Him for the happiness of motherhood and ask for advice on how to behave. God will never remain deaf to a mother's prayer, and she will receive answers to all her questions if she is serious and persistent in her endeavor to receive them. And it is in this state that she must first of all take care of food, i.e., the building material for her child. But pure, wholesome, wholesome food is beneficial only if it comes into a pure environment. So, the first concern of a pregnant woman should be the cleansing of her own body from unnecessary, accumulated over the years, dead rotting tissues, metabolic waste, accumulating in all organs of the human body.
How to do it?
First of all, drink a laxative, best of all, if there is no gastritis or stomach ulcer, 30-40 g of magnesium sulfate (English salt dissolved in a glass of warm water). This should be done at seven o'clock in the evening. This will perfectly cleanse the bile passages of the liver and intestines. Cleansing enema the next morning will wash the intestines, free from a huge amount of stale fecal masses, mucus and even pus. Such an enema (2 liters of warm water + 1 tablespoon of coarse table salt) should be done for a week daily in the morning. In order to cleanse not only the intestines, but also other organs: liver, kidneys, lungs and bronchi, which sit many years of mucus and pus, it is necessary for the first five days to abstain from food and take only tea, infused with herbs that have a cleansing effect, with the addition of honey (1-3 teaspoons per 1 cup) and freshly squeezed juice of lemon, kalina, cherry, cherry, cherry plum or pomegranate in the amount of about 3 tablespoons of juice per 1 cup. Such tea perfectly cleanses and nourishes all the tissues of the body of the mother and fetus and gives the opportunity to comfortably abstain from food for 5-7 days. Such abstinence together with daily bowel washing thoroughly cleanses the blood and lymph of the expectant mother, which brings great joy to her child, who begins to feed on blood, clean from toxins and poisons produced by years of garbage accumulated in the intestines and other organs. Thereby laying the foundation not only of health, but also of the character of the child, and later of the adult.
After 5-7 days of abstinence from food (these days you can also drink fresh citrus juices), a pregnant woman should start juicing with fresh fruit. This means that in the morning a pregnant woman should continue to drink 1-2 glasses of herbal infusion, then until 11 o'clock 2-4 glasses of juice: apple, orange, grapefruit, pomegranate, grape, cherry, fresh tomato juice - in season, to taste, in pure form or mixing 2-3 types of juices. At 11 o'clock, you can eat some fresh fruit - in season, or a fruit salad of 2-3 kinds of different fruits.
Such a salad is tasty and healthy, cut fruit can be poured with whipped cream or sour cream.
You should remember the golden rule that says that fruit is an independent food. Neither after them, nor before them can not eat anything, because otherwise all their usefulness turns into: fruit, mixed with bread, cheese, meat or butter, begin to ferment in the stomach and intestines, digestion is disturbed, and the blood from the intestines absorbed a huge amount of poisons that destroy the tissues of the body.
In 1.5 hours after a fruit breakfast you can drink herbal tea or fresh fruit or vegetable juice. Vegetable juices are of special value for a person, especially for a pregnant woman. They supply the body with plastic building material for fetal tissues. They are prepared as follows: vegetables are selected the best quality, washed, cleaned, passed through a juicer, better electric, but you can and manual, or a meat grinder, then squeezed juice through a cloth. The following combinations of fruits and vegetables are acceptable: carrots, beets, cabbage, carrots, beets, apples, pumpkin, apples, carrots, apples. In all these juices you can add juice of radish, parsnips and green juices: parsley, sorrel, beets, spinach, cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers. Such juices can be drunk in an amount of 3 to 6 glasses a day. At 3 pm you can eat fruit again, and then the next meal at 7 pm - fruit or a salad of pureed vegetables, according to the season. In the salad put the same vegetables from which juices are prepared, rubbing them on a fine grater, adding herbs, onions, garlic, juice of lemon, cranberries or tomatoes, peeled.
At 21 hours you can drink fresh fruit or vegetable juice - 1-2 glasses. Instead of juice, you can drink a decoction of herbs with honey and lemon juice or 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Later, after 5-7 days you can start adding nuts, sunflower oil, raw egg yolks, sprouted grains of wheat, sunflower, buckwheat (ground in a coffee grinder) to salads.
Later you can dress salads with sour cream, add to the food baked vegetables - pumpkin, beets, onions, quince with oil, herbs, spices and porridge - buckwheat, barley, cooked on water with the addition of a small amount of salt, oil, onions and pureed vegetables at the end of heat treatment. Such porridge is very tasty, nutritious and useful. Twice a week you can introduce cottage cheese, sour cream and butter. You can combine cottage cheese, like nuts, only with vegetables and greens, sour fruits. Freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juices should be present daily in the diet of a pregnant woman and it is necessary to add to juices, salads and porridge wheat bran and raw egg yolks (1-2 per day).
This diet is biologically complete and does not cause putrefaction and fermentation processes in the intestine or in other tissues of the body. A pregnant woman who eats this way will definitely give birth to a healthy child.
By the way, wheat bran is an excellent source of vitamin B.
