Take care of your eyes. How to prevent glaucoma, cataracts. Description and treatment.

We begin to value our health when we lose it.
And it leaves us because not only in childhood, but also becoming adults, we continue to treat it irresponsibly, even negligently.
Therefore, throughout our lives we get a whole "bouquet" of diseases: we lose our teeth, hearing, eyesight and many other components of a young healthy organism!
Let's take vision, for example.
Are we treating it right? Alas, almost all the time we do nothing but lose it as early as possible.

For example, glaucoma.
It's a terrible disease that can cause total blindness.
What causes this disease? Specialists say that intraocular pressure builds up and causes this disease.
The origin of this process itself has not been established.
But perhaps one of the main reasons for the development of glaucoma is the diseases that accompany a person from early childhood.
Such as runny nose, maxillary sinusitis, the appearance of polyps, and then eye diseases - blepharitis, conjunctivitis and others.
All this disrupts the blood supply and fluid outflow from the posterior chamber of the eyeball, where the optic nerves are located.

Elevated intraocular pressure builds up over decades without much sign.
But by old age, it clearly makes itself known when it is too late to address the pain and heal the eyes.
One can only apply the remedies already available in medicine to halt the progression of intraocular pressure.
These remedies should be assisted by basic eye hygiene and strict adherence to the regimen.
This means that, in addition to using various eye drops prescribed by the doctor, the patient himself must strictly monitor his already weakened vision.

It is known that when we are engaged in reading, writing, sewing, embroidery, the vision reaches a great strain .
Therefore, these works should be done in a dosed manner, with sufficient light.
They should definitely be performed with long breaks to rest the eyes.
In no case should not read, write at dusk, as this turns on "twilight vision", carried out by the apparatus of special formations of the retina, because of which again impaired vision.

All inflammatory diseases of the eye should be persistently treated, not allowing them to turn into chronic, as the process can move to deep tissues (cornea, lens, etc.) and spur intraocular pressure, which will entail a significant decrease in vision, up to its complete loss, and require surgical intervention.
Take cataracts (darkening of the eye lens).
Are cataracts so inevitable in the elderly? Can cataracts be prevented? As it turns out, it can be prevented by sufficiently nourishing eye tissues, practicing good hygiene, and visiting an ophthalmologist at the first decrease in visual acuity.
And first of all, treat all inflammation of the nasopharynx, and then continue to persevere in treating the eyes until they recover.

"What's the cure?" - you ask a reasonable question.
- "Eye drops or antibiotics?" Absolutely not.
These drugs can drive the disease deep down: into the liver, into the kidneys, into the lungs.
In addition, maxillary sinusitis, for example, no medication can not cure, it requires surgical intervention (punctures and pumping out the purulent content, which is formed anew).

So other means of treatment are needed.
Which ones? It is the cleansing of the entire body from slags and, above all, the large intestine, that is, washing it with cleansing enemas.
During this period it is necessary to abstain from eating, applying the so-called therapeutic fasting, which helps to cleanse all the cells of the body from accumulated toxins that disrupt blood circulation and tissue nutrition.

It is known that the eyes are very closely connected to the entire human body.
The slightest changes in internal organs are fixed on the iris (in iridodiagnostics).
But there is also a feedback loop.
As the eyes suffer from various disorders, the overall health of the body is impaired by visual defects.
By improving vision with eye hygiene techniques, positive changes in the body can be induced.
That's why you should treat not only the eyes, but the whole body.
Otherwise, toxins and poisons, leaving some organs, with the blood flow into other organs.
This process can continue throughout life.

However, with proper nutrition and cleansing the body from toxins, the disease is cured definitively, and the body is significantly rejuvenated.
In this case, it should be remembered that such a process will also contribute to the medicinal herbs of general cleansing action.
Here is an approximate list of them: peppermint, lemon balm, plantain large, Ledum, yarrow, sage, spore, bearberry.
After this treatment, it is necessary to switch to a natural diet.
It should be started with freshly squeezed juices, then pureed fruit and vegetable mixtures.
This hygienic dietary regimen restores the functions of diseased organs and cures them.

To consolidate the treatment, it is necessary to introduce as many fresh fruits, vegetables, grated salads as possible into the daily diet and consume them for at least two months.

Man is a particle of nature, and his treatment and recovery is the entry of the fallen link back into the cosmic chain of nature....
