I would like to talk a little more about food allergies as one of the most common human diseases.
What causes it? It is commonly believed that allergies are caused by eating red and orange fruits and vegetables (strawberries, raspberries, cherries, beets, carrots, tomatoes).
Indeed, the connection is obvious. It manifests itself as a small itchy rash on the skin, or even huge swelling blisters, or worse - coughing with choking attacks, up to swelling of the larynx in children. If red fruits and vegetables are eliminated from the meal, peace and grace ensue. But the child still has frequent colds or kidney disease, which also prohibit red vegetables and citrus fruits. By the way, and honey, and strawberries, and citrus fruits often become the cause of the described painful conditions. What should we do? Forever deprive the child of these valuable foodstuffs - sources of vitamins, hemoglobin, suppliers of solar biological energy in our body?
"But how could it be otherwise if red vegetables, fruits and citrus fruits cause disease?" - you ask. Let's analyze whether the disease is actually caused by these products or maybe they are just a reason for the manifestation of painful symptoms, and the cause of the disease lies elsewhere? Perhaps red fruits and vegetables, citrus fruits (oranges, lemons, grapefruits) just clean the internal environment of the body and what was hidden inside, invisibly polluting the liver, kidneys, bronchi and lungs, now becomes visible on the skin or mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract, causing their swelling?
What was hidden inside the body and why is it now manifesting as disease? And hidden and actually preserved in the cells of internal organs (liver, kidneys, lungs) are pus, pus toxins and corpse poisons. Yes, yes, don't be surprised, cadaver poisons fill a living organism!
Where do they come from? Obviously, their source is in the cadaver material consumed by humans, that is, the meat of slaughtered animals, birds and fish. These are the so-called monoamines, which have their own specific names - cadaverine, ptomains, indole, skatole, as well as methane and hydrogen sulfide. All of the above are products of putrefaction of foreign animal proteins, constantly occurring in the stomach and especially in the intestines of humans since early childhood. Diatheses of newborns and infants only confirm this.
However, our bodies have one remarkable property without which we would barely be alive after consuming unsuitable animal foods. He is constantly purifying his blood. This is the rule of homeostasis, that is, the observance of a constant composition of blood, not contaminated by poisons, pus, microbes. And where do we put it all, if it has already entered us through the stomach and intestines? In the tissues, first of all in the subcutaneous fat - the "slag settling tank", and for those who don't have enough of it - in the liver, kidneys and lungs. Here we have seemingly healthy people living with poisons and toxins carefully packed in their cells, including mucus and uric acid. They live until the time: until the first cold, surgery, blooming plants in spring or ragweed in August, until the appearance of strawberries or watermelons, and then their measured life breaks into a rash, itching, sneezing, coughing and other unpleasant things or intolerable condition that makes them run away from ragweed to the north, where there is no ragweed. But... you can run away from ragweed, but you can't run away from your own slags. And if you do not listen to the signals of nature and do not clean the body thoroughly at the first signs of pollution (coughing, sneezing, lacrimation, rashes, itching, obesity), the early threatening symptoms will develop into a serious condition - bronchial asthma, psoriasis or even tumors with malignant course.
Allergies are nature's signal of contamination in the body. Listen to nature and start cleansing immediately, do not try to suppress cleansing reactions - coughing, sneezing, tearing - with pills and injections, only smoothing out the nervous (itching, pain) and immune reactions of the body. These drugs are nothing more than drugs for the human nervous system and tissues, and the "benefits" are the same as drugs.
What should be done? How to be treated, if it is useless to leave and pills are harmful? It is necessary to treat only by cleansing all tissues and cells of the organism, not only skin or lungs, from toxins, poisons, pus and mucus.
What is tissue cleansing? How do you achieve it? And this is where the right food comes to the rescue. It turns out that food can be different: both polluting and cleansing.
Cleansing foods include all raw fruits and berries, especially juicy ones. Citrus fruits, strawberries, cherries, watermelons, melons, grapes and tomatoes. Tomatoes occupy a special place in this range of therapeutic food products. They are extremely rich in vitamins, organic acids (not inferior to lemons and oranges), very juicy, that is, they contain a lot of valuable cellular fluid, which has a crystalline structure, contain especially valuable pigments: carotenoids and lycopene, which are a source of hemoglobin for humans and the strongest purifier of cellular fluid. Tomatoes are perhaps superior to all other foods (on par with lemons and grapefruit) in their ability to dissolve and detoxify the body. But among tomatoes, there are varieties that have the most medicinal properties. Such tomatoes are a true "food cure" in themselves. These are yellow and orange tomatoes "Wonder of the World" and "Persimmon", which have an unusually delicate fruity taste and aroma (a mixture of tomato, apricot and peach) and a mild therapeutic effect on the intestines, liver and kidneys. These tomatoes do not provoke severe allergic reactions as red tomatoes can do, on the contrary, they relieve allergies gently and gradually without aggravating the disease. For this purpose (after an appropriate course of purification of internal organs) it is necessary to consume orange and yellow varieties of tomatoes for a long time. It is even desirable to be able to one, two, or better three weeks on a monotropic diet, that is, to eat only tomatoes during this time. This will only amount to the patient's pleasure and enjoyment of an easy and enjoyable meal. But for this purpose, it is best to grow tomatoes on your homestead plot. These varieties are characterized by a large, powerful bush and ripening over a long period of time. These tomatoes bear ripe fruit on the bush from July through November..
