Valino almond-orange cookies

Mix the following ingredients in a food processor into a smooth paste:


4 cups raw almonds soaked since the evening
2 cups raisins
1/2 cup orange skins (finely chopped)
2 medium-sized whole oranges
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 apples


Spoon onto Teflon-lined dehydrator sheets. Dry at 115 F for 20 hours. Decorate each cookie with a piece of pecan or raisin.
This will yield 10-12 cookies.



Simple porridge

Mix the following ingredients in a mixer:


1 cup of rolled oats, soaked since the evening
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup dates (seedless) or raisins
1 tbsp. spoonful of vegetable oil (optional)
add salt to taste (optional)

Before serving, stir in fresh fruit (cut into pieces) or berries.
Designed for 3-4 people.



Wheat and millet porridge


Soak from the evening:


1 1/2 cups millet
2 cups buckwheat
1 cup ground hazelnuts


Additional ingredients:


1 cup raisins
3 tbsp.spoonfuls of honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon


Scatter the buckwheat and millet with a rolling pin. Transfer the grits to a bowl, add the hazelnuts and the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Spread the mixture onto the Teflon dehydrator sheets, not very thinly but not very thickly either. Dry at 100 F until dry (approximately 10-12 hours). Serve with nut milk.
Designed for 3-5 people.



Sergeant's favorite smoothie


Mix the following ingredients in a blender:


2 oranges (peeled)
2 frozen bananas (other frozen fruit optional


Place the oranges in the bottom of the mixer so there is enough liquid to stir in the frozen bananas. Decorate with fresh strawberries!
Designed for 2-3 people

Milk of Nuts or Seeds


1 cup of any nuts or seeds soaked the night before
2 cups of water
1 tbsp. spoonful of honey or 2-3 dates (seedless) 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)


Mix all ingredients in a mixer. Strain through gauze or a sieve. Pour it into the jar.
Designed for 4 people.



He-chocolate almond milk.


1 quart almond milk 1/2 cup dates (seedless)
1 young coconut (pulp and juice)
2 tbsp. spoonfuls of ground carob or cocoa 1 raw vanilla bean


Mix it all thoroughly in a mixer.
Serve chilled.
Designed for 5-7 people.



Milkshake

.

Mix the following ingredients thoroughly in a blender:


3 cups almond milk
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 medium-sized orange (peeled)
1 fresh or frozen banana
2 tbsp. Spoonfuls of honey or 1/4 cup dates (seedless) 1/4 teaspoon salt
1 vanilla bean
1/2 cup ice (ice is optional if using frozen fruit)


Calculated for 4-5 people.



Nut or seed kefir

.

1 cup of any nuts or seeds soaked since evening
1 1/2 cups water


Mix the nuts and water thoroughly in a mixer. Add water until you get the consistency of heavy cream. Strain through gauze, pour into a jar and cover with gauze so that the liquid "breathes". Place the jar in a warm place where the temperature is 90-100 F. The kefir will be ready in about 6-12 hours.
Kefir can be made with sesame seeds, almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, sunflower seeds and any other nuts and seeds and combinations thereof. You can add honey, lemon juice, sea salt, vanilla, etc. for flavor.д. The longer the kefir stands warm, the more sour it will be.
Try the following combinations:
Cashews / cashews and sesame seeds / cashews, almonds and sesame seeds / cashews, and sunflower seeds / sesame seeds and almonds, / sunflower seeds and almonds / pecans and almonds, / walnuts and pine nuts / sesame seeds and hazelnuts.
