Healing Tea
.2 parts of blood-red hawthorn fruit, 3 parts of buckwheat flowers, 4 parts of rose hips, 2 parts of black currant leaves, 500 ml boiling water.
Method of preparation.
Place the herb collection in a teapot and pour boiling water over it.
Allow to infuse for 20-30 minutes.
Method of application.
Drink it like tea.
Hawthorn fruit tea

Hawthorn fruit to 1 cup of water.
Method of preparation.
Fill the fruit with water and boil for 10-15 min, let infuse, wrapped, 2 h.
Method of Application.
Take a cup 3 times a day as a tea.
Healing nalewkas
Hawthorn fruit and flowers nalewka
100 g of blood-red hawthorn fruit, 1 tbsp.

dried hawthorn flowers, 0.5 liters of vodka or pure 40% medical alcohol, 2 tbsp.

Method of preparation.
Place the fruit in the bottom of the bottle and fill it with vodka or alcohol.
Pour the flowers on top and cover tightly with a lid.
Place the bottle in a dark cool place for 10-15 days.
Then you can strain the nalewka through gauze, getting rid of the berries and flowers, or you can leave the fruit, but in any case strain it.
Place the bottle in the refrigerator or other cold place.
Serve as a light alcoholic drink.
Hawthorn and mountain ash fruit nalewka
100 g of hawthorn and mountain ash, 1 liter of vodka, 200 g of sugar.
Method of preparation.
Rinse and dry the fruit on wooden boards.
Fill the bottle with fruit, then pour vodka or alcohol and insist 10-15 days in a cool dry place until the nalewka becomes transparent.
Strain, add sugar and infuse for 1 more day.
Then place the infusion in the refrigerator or other cold place and serve as wine.
Healing Nalewka
100 g of blood-red hawthorn fruit, 10 g of motherwort herb, 10 g of common anise herb, 10 g of chamomile flowers, 1 liter of vodka or pure medical alcohol, 200 g of sugar.
Method of preparation.
Wash hawthorn fruits, crush the herbs and put them in a glass bottle, pour alcohol or vodka, close the lid.
Incubate at room temperature for 7-10 days in a dark place.
After settling, strain the infusion, well squeeze out the remaining plants and filter through several layers of gauze.
The filtered nalewka should be clear.
You can prepare nalewka with other herbs.
Nalewka
50 g of blood-red hawthorn fruit, 10 g herb bird's throat, 10 g horsetail herb, 10 g leaves of motherwort heart, 10 g leaves of aniseed, 1 liter of vodka, 200 grams of sugar.
Method of preparation.
Wash the fruit and chop the herbs.
Fill a glass bottle with the collection, fill it with alcohol or vodka, and close it with a lid.
Soak in a dark, cool place for 10-15 days.
Once the nalewka has infused, strain it through several layers of gauze, pressing out the juices from all the plants.
Take in small doses (1-2 small shots) after meals.
