Hemlock is always taken with water, or better - with an aqueous decoction of oregano. You have to take into account its amount - the more water, the softer the poison is perceived by the body. Up to 13 drops, 100 ml of water is given, from 13 to 26 - 150 ml, and from 26 to 40 - 200 ml of raw water. The same is done when reducing the dose, only in reverse order.
Monitor your condition: if at 30-35 drops there are signs of poisoning - nausea, urges to vomit, dizziness, weakness in the legs, etc. д.The dose increase should be discontinued and the dose reduction to one drop should be started immediately. Take hemlock tincture six times during the day: at 6, 9,12, 15,18 and 20 hours according to the above scheme. Take 5 drops to continue until the condition improves, and then a full recovery.
Hemlock tincture A. М. Ermolchik suggests dripping not in water, as advised by W. В. Tishchenko, and in various decoctions (and chilled before use). For example, licorice (if the pressure is high, then do not apply for a long time, it is better to alternate), Kuril tea, caragana, decoction of oats. Use licorice decoction if your blood pressure is stable and within normal limits.
It is recommended to use at least 50 ml of any decoction per appointment.
