Every healthy person has bacteria in their intestines that help digest food and perform other beneficial functions. If the immune system is weakened, there are also disturbances in the intestinal microflora. The amount of normal microflora (lactic acid and Escherichia coli, bifidobacteria and others) decreases, and pathogenic (staphylococcus, blue bacillus and so on) increases.
There may be many reasons for the disruption of the intestinal microflora:
.- immunodeficiencies (with blood cancer, AIDS, treatment of malignant tumors with radiation and chemotherapy);
- immunodeficiencies (with blood cancer, AIDS, treatment of malignant tumors with radiation and chemotherapy);- prolonged use of antibiotics;
-chronic pancreatitis;
- intestinal obstruction;
- alcohol abuse;
- eating disorders.
The main symptoms of dysbacteriosis are diarrhea, anemia, weight loss, discomfort in the stomach. If these symptoms appear, it is necessary to consult a gastroenterologist.
Usually prescribe a strict diet, taking bacterial drugs to restore intestinal flora, means to improve weakened intestinal motility. Sometimes the symptoms of dysbacteriosis are so severe that they even require not taking antibiotics unless absolutely necessary.
The development of dysbacteriosis is also promoted by the modern style of eating. Products saturated with all sorts of additives, preservatives, emulsifiers and coloring agents are detrimental to the intestinal microflora. "Dead", unnatural food, devoid of essential nutrients and saturated with chemicals, causes the beneficial bacteria in the gut microflora to die.
Harmful to normal microflora and antibiotics. Their purpose is to destroy the pathogenic bacteria that caused the inflammatory process. But, unfortunately, antibiotics do not have selectivity: their effect affects all microorganisms in the human body, including representatives of normal microflora. This is how dysbacteriosis occurs, the consequences of which contribute to the development of serious diseases. These are gastrointestinal diseases, and different types of allergies, and the body's inability to resist viral infections, and even malignant tumors.
Particularly dangerous are self "prescription" of antibiotics and their uncontrolled use at the first signs of any ailment. Strong remedies should only be taken on the recommendation of a doctor.
Now the pharmaceutical industry is creating more and more new groups of antibiotic drugs with enhanced action. Their effectiveness in the fight against severe infections is increasing, but the list of contraindications and side effects is also increasing - you can be sure of this by reading the annotation to any of these new-generation drugs. Therefore, and doctors prescribe them only if necessary, when without these drugs can not do without them.
Tea mushroom is great for treating dysbacteriosis. If this disease is caused by prolonged intake of antibiotics, it helps the body to get rid of them faster, removes their residues and returns the affected intestinal microflora to normal.
In the fall, in the off-season, I got a bad cold, but I kept going to work - I had just gotten a job and was afraid of being fired. I drank antibiotics - a pill in the morning, a pill in the evening after work, and aspirin to bring down my fever. And it's been like that for about two weeks. Then it became quite bad - I can hardly walk, my stomach hurts, the temperature drops for a short time, then it goes up again so that I can't see anything in front of me. Eventually still had to call the doctor to take a sick leave. The doctor scolded me terribly because he found pneumonia. The small amount of antibiotic I had been drinking on my own had only built up the germs' immunity to them, and now the dose had to be greatly increased from the usual dose. I was very ill for a couple of weeks, then the sickness began to recede gradually, although I was still very weak.
As soon as I started to regain consciousness, I felt something wrong with my stomach. The food had lost its flavor - it had the taste of pills. No appetite at all, constant nausea and weakness, digestive disorders... All in all, my self-medication has cost me dearly. And then the doctor himself advised me to drink tea mushroom - it normalizes the intestinal microflora.
My mom used to keep the mushroom in her house, but I never drank it - didn't like it. And its very appearance - some kind of jellyfish floating in a tank - seemed very unattractive to me. But since it was recommended by my doctor, I decided to give it a try after all.
Started with one glass on an empty stomach in the morning. The mushroom infusion turned out to be surprisingly tasty and did not taste like pills, but not sweet enough - the doctor did not tell me to sweeten it with sugar or honey. After three days of taking the tea infusion in the morning, I found that I could eat breakfast in as little as 20 minutes without nausea or effort on my part. And after two weeks, adding and evening intake of infusion (also on an empty stomach), I already stopped feeling aversion to food. But for prevention, I drank another month or so.
Now my husband and I keep tea mushroom at home too - my mom gave us a new one, grown by her own hand. And we drink a little bit of it every day. The harmful effects of antibiotics in the form of dysbacteriosis have completely subsided.

To mitigate the harmful effects of antibiotics, each course of their reception should be alternated with a preventive intake of mushroom tea. Infusion of tea mushroom can be drunk and during treatment with medications, but in no case do not wash down their pills - in this case, there will simply be neutralization of the drug as a whole. The intervals between the tablet and the infusion should be 2-3 hours. You should take half a glass of mushroom tea a specified time after each pill or injection of a potent antibiotic.
If the course of treatment with antibiotics is already finished, then for the recovery of the body it is necessary to drink 400 ml of tea mushroom infusion daily for 20 days. The course of treatment is designed for 10 weeks.
