Spring and summer add to the dangers for allergy sufferers. This includes pollen from flowering trees and grasses, and delicious foods, say strawberries, strawberries, red and orange fruits and vegetables. In such a dire situation, because for allergy sufferers these factors are really a disaster, articles appear in medical and other newspapers, in which the authors try to relieve the plight of people who cannot tolerate all the above-mentioned products with their advice.
Of course, it is impossible not to remember and all of us closely familiar, enjoying a sad fame ragweed - a vicious weed, crippling the health of people, and especially children. How many asthmatic children started with ragweed pollinosis and ended up with bronchial asthma!
In the newspaper "AiF-Zdorovye" in № 22 for 2004, the author of a large article "Food Allergy" tries to give maximum useful advice for those suffering from this disease. "Where do food allergies come from?" a reasonable question is asked.
The culprit is an immune system that doesn't work properly, and eventually the wonderful strawberries, cherries and tomatoes become enemies to her, not to mention spring grasses and poplar fluff.
But something has to be done, and drug treatment is useless. The medication is not even mentioned in the article. The only advice is to exclude from the diet foods to which the patient has developed hypersensitivity.
However, it is not always possible to figure out the allergenic product, despite the fact that tests have now been developed to detect more than a hundred suspicious substances. Such an analysis costs over a hundred dollars. "But after all, health is more expensive, and perhaps the game is worth the candle," thinks the patient. As a result, the patient is given a whole list of foods to which their immune system is sensitive and which they should avoid at the risk of a severe attack. Let's break it all down and look at the ailment from a biochemical, metabolic perspective. And then everything is explained very simply, and the situation from incomprehensible, dramatic and threatening becomes quite transparent, and most importantly - manageable. And the threat of food and any other allergies, especially hereditary allergies, disappears, although we are convinced that hereditary allergies do not exist.
Let's consider the list of allergenic products given at the beginning of the article, we took it from the newspaper "AiF-Health", which advises to avoid encountering products from the list and recommends allergy sufferers to consume lean beef meat, cereal and vegetable soups, soups on secondary beef broth, cereals, vegetables, tea, sugar. And that's the whole diet!
Look closely! The first prohibitive list contains foods that have no similarity in their biochemical composition, namely: fish, canned fish, mushrooms, meat, milk, eggs and honey, citrus fruits, melons, pineapples, horseradish, tomatoes, radishes. What is the fundamental difference between them?
Fish, meat, mushrooms, milk and eggs are protein products containing protein that is foreign to the human body, which is the true allergen.
No non-protein product, including honey, citrus fruits, all fruits and berries, and even more so horseradish, radishes, radishes and tomatoes, can be allergens and never are! Of course, this also includes pollen from any flowering plants, including ragweed, which frightened us all.
The prohibited list is immediately reduced to just four products: meat (naturally, and products made from it) fish, milk, mushrooms. All the rest, please, eat at your health in any quantity!
And in the season of strawberry ripening you can eat one strawberry for five days in a row and get a wonderful health-improving, cleansing effect!
The same with watermelons, which can be eaten for eight days in a row. As a result, you will get a great cleansing of the body from sand, stones and all sorts of end products of metabolism accumulated in the tissues of our body, which just like that and weaken the immune system, making us sick and suffering!
"How so? - you say - it's all theory! But I eat borscht with meat, cutlets and kebabs, and everything is fine, but if I taste strawberries, there are hives, and even suffocation, and in the season of blooming ragweed salvation only in fleeing to the north
Yes, that's true. But wait! There are factors that cause allergies, i.e. are its cause, and there are factors that allow allergic reactions, i.e. are only a reason for its manifestation. Strawberries, honey, citrus fruits, tomatoes, watermelons, and ragweed pollen become such permissive factors. Why? Because they cleanse our cells of the toxins packed in them, alkalizing the internal environment of the body, causing lysis, i.e. dissolution and release of toxins into the intercellular fluid, lymph and blood.
The interstitial fluid, lymph and blood are flooded with waste products of tissue protein metabolism and animal proteins themselves that enter the body from food. It cannot fail to give in response to such contamination of the internal environment a violent excessive immune reaction, consisting in the formation of vast quantities of tissue (t.е. cells) and humoral (soluble blood proteins) antibodies.
The antigen-antibody reaction that takes place in such a situation, which occurs to destroy the antigen (cellular debris) is the allergy, i.e. allergy.е. our disease.
How can it be? The reaction, it would seem, is protective, because the body fights with foreign, contaminating its cells products, dissolves them, removes them from the cell and destroys them, and there is a severe disease, sometimes life-threatening (anaphylactic shock).
And the way out of this situation is very simple. Not to pollute our internal environment, not to put the body in "martial law", not to cause cells to be destroyed (antigen + antibody), but to live peacefully, using all the gifts that nature gives us - fruits, vegetables, honey, clean air of forests, fields and mountains with spring and fall pollen flying in it. Nature will never be the enemy of man!
"And what is the fault of meat?" - you say. That being an animal protein, it has a structure similar to, but not identical to, our protein structures and elicits only one response from the immune system: "The stranger must be removed."
For this purpose, antibodies are synthesized against those 40% of protein molecules that are absorbed in the human small intestine as a whole, without being broken down into polypeptides and amino acids.
What happens to the other 60% of the meat eaten? When they enter the tissues in a broken down form, they flood them with toxic nitrogenous products: monoamines, urea, uric acid, creatine, etc.п. And before reaching the tissues, all animal food proteins partially rot in the intestines, releasing putrefaction toxins: putrescine, cadaverine, ptomaine.
Being the strongest poisons, they are neutralized in the liver, getting there from the intestine with the blood of the portal vein. In this process the liver is certainly damaged and also the kidneys through which the poisons are excreted.
If, however, the amount of putrefactive poisons exceeds the neutralizing power of the liver, they enter the general blood stream, but are filtered out of the blood by our tissues, t. к. blood saturated with toxins, a phenomenon incompatible with life, because of which death may occur at any moment from paralysis of the cardiac or respiratory nerve center in the medulla oblongata.
The body is wise and tries its best to prolong its existence. We don't die after a heavy meat meal, but we accumulate poisons and toxins. Most of the toxins are collected in the liver, as it is large, and also in the kidneys, which remove them, and in the lungs (they are hollow, that is, filled with air, but instead of air, the lower parts of the lungs and bronchi are filled with pus).
Capillary bronchi clogged with pus are the best background for the development of obstructive bronchitis. The liver and kidneys are also filled with pus, because the toxic monoamines that enter them destroy and kill the cells of these organs, while the dead cells rot, not being removed by the flow of lymph, which does not have time to cope with the load.
So these dead cells accumulate in the subcutaneous tissue. Hence all the skin diseases, rashes, psoriasis. Dead material accumulates in the pharyngeal tonsils, giving rise to sore throat, in the lymph nodes (most often in children). Submandibular - parotitis, peribronchial - bronchoadenitis, mesenteric (around the small intestine) - mesadenitis, etc.д.
In all these tissues pus is known to accumulate. As a result, suppurative sore throat, etc. may occur.д. The presence of pus in body tissues is a direct road to allergies, after all, how long can you tolerate an alien? It must be destroyed. It will either be an inflammatory reaction (sore throat).or allergies (skin rashes, diathesis) or bronchial spasm (bronchial asthma).
How to avoid both? Not to pollute, not to consume food that is not physiologic for the human body. And if contaminated, clean up in time. After all, in order for strawberries, honey and oranges to become available, you need to first cleanse the gastrointestinal tract and the very tissues of the body from slags and toxins.
To do this, after taking a salt laxative (in the absence of gastritis) or castor oil to drink a herbal decoction with honey and juice from any sour berries, lie on the right side, putting a heating pad on the liver area for one hour, and continue to drink the decoction. Very soon nuts, raw egg yolks, vegetable and butter oil, rye bread in the form of breadcrumbs, porridge, vegetarian borscht and various vegetable dishes, preferably baked and stewed rather than fried, will become available. In the winter season, fish products, except smoked meats.
And all this food diversity, a veritable feast, lasts all year round. You will only need to do small cleanses twice a year, as well as liver and sinus cleanses.
All this is natural hygiene, hygienic living, that is, cleaning not only externally but also internally, which serves as a real guarantee of health.
