Food Combination.

The table allows us to navigate the composition of foods and make joint combinations of foods in our diet:

:fig1:
Explanation:
1. Starches and proteins in the same meal are incompatible (bread - cheese, bread - sausage, pasta - meat, cereals - meat, meat filled pies).
2. Starches and carbohydrates in one meal are incompatible (sweet cereal, sweet pastries, fruit filled pastries, etc.)
3. Carbohydrates and proteins in one meal are incompatible (sweet pastries with eggs, milk with honey or sugar, nuts with raisins or honey, cottage cheese with sugar, etc.).
4. Compatible: fats with proteins, fats with starches, fats with carbohydrates (eggnog, etc.)
5. Compatible: Proteins with vegetables (cottage cheese, nuts, meat with vegetable salads, onions, garlic, herbs).
By following these simple rules in our diet we will be able to avoid the processes of putrefaction and fermentation in the digestive tract, which will significantly reduce the absorption of toxins from the intestines, normalize protein metabolism and the composition of body tissues and facilitate the work of the liver to neutralize these toxins.
