Bacteria are my favorite animals in the world

I want to share with you my feelings of admiration and respect for the bacterium. Maybe after reading this chapter, you too will have a sense of respect. Bacteria are the world's greatest wizards. Just think about it: by recycling all the dead organic material into the earth, bacteria recycle completely unnecessary, disgusting garbage into the original source of all living things. Bacteria are unique - they are microscopic and huge at the same time. Smaller than any living cell, bacteria can increase their power in the blink of an eye by endlessly multiplying. Bacteria are ingenious inventions and a gift from God to us all! We are constantly trying to kill as many bacteria as possible because we don't understand their purpose on Earth.

Let's imagine life without bacteria. The land for growing food will disappear, only rocks will remain. All dead trees, animals, birds, insects, snakes, human bodies or any organic material will be piled in huge heaps. There will be nowhere to turn!
In nature, bacteria do not give off an odor during the rotting process. Hard to believe? In the forest, no one rakes leaves, no one buries dead animals, everything is left lying out in the open like that. Animal and bird feces are left lying where they fell. It would seem that the forest must smell terrible. Please answer my question: did the forest smell bad the last time you were there? I guarantee you will answer. "No." Quite, quite the opposite: when we are in the forest, we inhale deeply and exclaim, "Ah, it smells wonderful!". If bacteria do not smell in nature, decomposing organic material, then why do we associate decay with odor? So why do bacteria smell so bad in the civilized world? It's because it's very difficult for bacteria to recycle what we humans create. To test this, conduct your own experiment. Put raw fruits and vegetables in your compost. You will notice that they rot and decompose without a bad odor. Now add some cooked food such as pasta, chicken soup or mashed potatoes to the compost. After a few days, you will smell the odor coming from your compost. It will smell so disgusting that your neighbors might call the police. You can't stand the smell yourself. You will have to cover the compost with soil. The odor comes from bacteria trying to process cooked food.

Another interesting fact is that bacteria will never touch anything that is still living. Giant sequoia trees live up to 2,000 years and have very little bacteria in their sap. Despite the fact that sequoia roots have been in the ground for literally thousands of years, bacteria don't touch them. However, as soon as the tree dies, the bacteria immediately begin their work of turning the tree back into soil. Bacteria know what lives and what has died, and they are only interested in dead matter.
In nature, moss, lichen and vines do not live on strong healthy trees. In an organic garden, if the soil is balanced, snails don't crawl. Worms don't eat healthy, organic tomatoes. Similarly, bacteria and parasites don't live in a healthy body. Because we eat cooked food, we upset our internal balance.

Can bacteria cause disease in humans? Yes and no. Yes, if the human body is filled with toxins. Not if the body inside is clean. Bacteria are not interested in our muscles, heart, eyes or brain, only our toxins in our tissues. The more garbage and toxins we accumulate in our bodies, the more we attract the bacteria. Therefore, those who eat mostly cooked food get sick easily. If you don't want to get sick, keep your intestines clean. This is helped by raw foods.
The same is true for parasites. If we keep our bodies clean and healthy, parasites cannot live in it and even mosquitoes will not bite you. My family once went camping in Minnesota, where mosquitoes fly in clouds in the summer. Even the forest rangers there wear mosquito nets around their heads and we didn't get a single mosquito bite. There were five of us - all 100% raw foodists. All five nights we spent in the woods, we slept without tents. We weren't bitten. You could hear these mosquitoes saying to each other, "What strange people! They're alkaline! Ew!"
All parasites leave your body when you are cleansed. I'll give you an example. When we switched to raw foodism, we read a book about parasites living in the human body. We were so freaked out that we decided to do a family anti-parasite cleanse. For ten days we took special pills to cleanse the body of parasites. Two months later we had blood work done and found that the parasites were back. The pills only helped for two months. After being 100% raw for a year and a half, we repeated this analysis. Our tests were clean! There was no trace of any parasites. Our blood was pure, too. No bacteria. We've been cleansed. When we look under a microscope at the blood of a person who eats cooked food, we see many different bacteria floating between the blood cells. I once had a specialist in one of my classes who does blood work under a microscope. He drew blood from the finger of three volunteers. One of them was a young man of 19 years old. His blood was so contaminated with parasites and bacteria that he became terribly uncomfortable!
He exclaimed: "But I shower every day!" I told him, "Don't be embarrassed, the amount of parasites and bacteria in your blood doesn't depend on how many times you shower. Tell us how you live your life." He said: "My life is getting better." We asked: "Tell us what do you eat? What are your habits? How have you lived these 19 years of your life?" He answered, "I did drugs, drank beer, got AIDS and scrotal cancer, smoked marijuana, ate very poorly, (pizza was my favorite food), and I couldn't stand salads.
It could all be seen in his blood. No matter how often we wash our body on the outside, we can be very dirty on the inside. Bacteria know where to find toxins. The bacteria are working very diligently. Without any pain (Thank the Creator, it's so small!) the bacteria gets inside the cells of our body, multiplies, and gets to work. Bacteria help our body get rid of toxins.

I know for a fact that raw foods are free of parasites and harmful bacteria. Those who were tested by doctors and found to have parasites got rid of the latter simply by becoming 100% raw eaters. Doctors are always surprised when parasites disappear, t.к. they are usually very difficult to get rid of (parasites exist in different forms and have different stages of development, and if you kill one stage, another continues to develop.) When we start eating raw foods, our bodies are cleansed of toxins. The parasites have nothing to feed on and disappear..
